Unapologetically horrendous service. It is so sad that the manager of this establishment doesn't care about your time. The cashier would take one order, then stand around and wait for that order to be complete, before taking the next????

I wanna give a huge shout out to the lady that's currently running the store 100% by her self at 3:30 pm on 3/25/24. She is taking drive thru, running payments, and then making the food, all on her own. I can guarantee she doesn't get paid enough for that kind of loyalty so this is the least I can do! I wish I caught her name!

Very clean restaurant and speedy friendly service. Plus makes orders correctly. I've noticed a huge change for the better the past couple months.Kid-friendliness: Workers are kind and friendly and clean and safe for children.
I ordered a shake around 9pm and was given a hot shake. The cashier at the window who was a girl informed me somebody ordered one and didn’t pick it up. After asking for another she closed the window on me. I will be calling corporate tomorrow afternoon!!!
Went for the new BK snackwraps. I felt sub-human eating them. Atleast the fries were hot and salty and the onion rings were

Watched then take a few orders of people that pulled in after me. Ignored so i pulled up to the window without ordering yet. Then refused to let me order at the window. Told me i had to pull around again. Will never be back.

Food was fine once they got the order correct which took a return trip to get the order right.If this was a one off issue it would not be a problem but this the first time I had been back in over a year only for them to still be making errors.At what fast food cost and it was no where near fast it should be right.

The employee was very nice and the line moved fast. My food was also cheap. However, I was unable to eat it because the second i ate more than I bite I was left sick to my stomach for the next hours. This is what I get for eating a 2 dollar 8 piece chicken nugget.
