I used GrubHub to order Burger King and it tasted really good. Everything was in the bag and packaged neatly and I was Impressed.

I'm done with Burger King. Multiple bad experiences from getting my order wrong. One time they must have mixed up two different Michael's and when I got to the window my order was completely wrong. That's not the part I was upset about. It was a mobile order, so I showed her my app and she said I had already picked it up... NOPE. I literally had to show ID and plead my case for her to believe that this was my (already paid for) order. Such attitude.

The wrapper says "America's Favorite Burger", but it turned out to be more on the least liked side of things. My order was kept as simple as possible; I ordered four Whoppers. My beef, no pun intended, is that the Whoppers I received looked so incredibly depressing. None of the toppings were stacked high or visible except for the lettuce (even though there was barely any lettuce on it). The meat was also dry. Management here should work with their employees on appropriate sandwich making. The Whoppers could have been better.

This place is terrible. There was no one in the drive thru. I ordered two double cheeseburgers. I got home they were singles. I came back to get my food replaced. I waited 20 minutes for two doubles. I'm never going back. So petty. They all have attitudes too. Grow up.

Avoid this location at all costs unless you want moldy bread and old food served to you. I would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to get edible food

I can't remember the last time since covid that I got fast food and the fries were still warm when I got home. 4 stars because the whopper could have been warmer, but I should probably blame the 4 cars of numbskulls in front of me; none of whom could get their payment ready to just hand it to the cashier. I'm not kidding. I had my credit card in my hand and paid and got to the next window and drove off with my food in less than 30 seconds. It took each of the idiots in front of me 2 minutes each. smh.

ordered two cheeseburgers with just ketchup and a double cheeseburger with no pickle no onion, what i got three cheeseburgers with ketchup AND mustard and one with onions... and we still payed for the double cheeseburger.. disappointed.

OK. what you expect from fast food, I have done a couple of mobil orders here. Whoppers, special and 2 separate times they did not follow the special instructions.
Went at night around 11pm. Ordered Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich, I was given wrong item - Crispy Chicken sandwich. The chicken was not fresh and the oil was also bad in which it was fried. Had upset tummy after eating the sandwich.

It is so rare to have a 5 star Burger King. This place was immaculately clean. Workers were friendly. Completely brand new dining room. I came in with my family of four. My food came out hot in about 5 minutes. Even though we ordered specialislzed burgers my order was perfect. Used the app and saved $10 with coupons. Whole family had dinner for $15. You have restored my faith in Burger King.

Sunday night at 8pm and they had 3 people working. I waited too long for my food and then the Freestyle machine had issues as well, out of nearly all the selections.
