Awesome place very helpful staff and really clean place service was quick burgers were delicious and it took under 5 mins to get our food definitely coming back here and I highly recommend if your in the Rochester hills area to check them out I was really impressed with the food

Please be aware when you charge your food they don't give you the receipt to add tip and sign they don't put in the register....each time I have been here this has happened and each time I had to ask for them to give me the receipt to sign and each time they look like a kid who got caught with their hand in the cookie jar...now I have never witnessed them writing the tip in but this is highly unethical. I have worked in retail and restaurants and would never charge someone's card and a tip was an option not give it to the customer to sign and add tip!!! They had a jar for tips on the counter so why wouldn't they want customers to tip on a charge card??? Just beware!!!

Ordered carryout for 10 people today and they got every single order detail exactly right, everything was hot & ready for pickup on time and everything was delicious. Highly recommend

Literally my comforter food while at school! The food is amazing and affordable. Every time i eat in they do table service despite ordering at the counter. All the staff is so caring and nice. Best burgers by far!!

I remember this place when it first opened. Quality has remained great throughout! Came in around 845, and the gentleman at the counter was very kind, allowed us enough time to choose what we wanted (I appreciate that because they were closing)...all the food was very good! I think we spent around $30 for 2 burgers, 2 large drinks and a side of cheese fries!

I have to absolutely praise the staff and owner of Burgrz. Today was an extremely busy day in our office, lunchtime came and went so at 215 I resorted to doordash where I found Burgrz. The menu looked great so we ordered a customized Burger on a pretzel bun (YUM) some chicken fingers and waffle fries and an order of bacon cheese waffle fries. The order showed up relatively fast, but when I saw the bag, I could clearly tell that all of the food was not there. I caught the driver in the parking lot and asked him where the rest of the order was. He was less than helpful and told me that was all he was given. I then called the restaurant where I am sure I was less than pleasant to speak to. The manager and owner handled me with grace, forwarded me the video of the driver picking up 3 bags of food, but still replaced the food and even DROVE IT TO ME!!! The owner took time out of his (assume) just as busy day and furthermore waited for me to speak with me and make sure everything was correct. This is a business that deserves our support! Not to mention, the food was delicious! I look forward to having their food brought into our company for our monthly lunch and wanted to say THANK YOU for the delicious food and ABOVE AND BEYOND service!

Missing several items in our burgers, the girls working the grill were talking to much and not paying attention to orders. Tables were sticky, seats not clean. The meat was falling apart before we could eat it, they have gotten stingy with items on burgers, one pickle, one tomato so thin I could see through it. Asked for mushrooms only got two mushrooms, only one ring of onion. Thus is the third time in 6 months we have had issues. This place has really gone downhill.
