I was born and raised in Guangdong. I have to say this is the best Cantonese Dim Sum you will ever get within 3-hour-drive radius.
Food was very bland and online prices are wrong.
Good food and portions.
Nice restrauant
I had a really upsetting experience trying to pick up a DoorDash order from this restaurant. The employee(she) refused to hand over the order, insisting I show her the name on my phone, even after I had already told her the name verbally. I showed her my phone twice, which is completely unnecessary but she still wouldn't release the order. As a delivery driver, this was completely unprofessional and felt discriminatory. It wasted my time and ultimately affected my ability to complete the delivery. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent similar situations in the future. By the way Im a black male who was refused an order along with another black female who was refused an order shortly after.
Food is delicious, fresh authentic Chinese food.
Cheng's Restaraunt is very kind to offer take-out. The almond chicken sauce was not flavored, so i wonder if that was forgotten? Still good! Thank you for being without msg:)

This place is great. Have been many times now and sent many friends. The food is always delicious. I have a few go-to dim sum orders and like to try a few new ones each time. I can't leave without a sesame ball though -- so good!
Needs help working on customer service. I didn’t find any of the jokes funny at all. (And I’m being nice calling them jokes.) it did seem like they were being great host to the customers dinning in. But the lady from the back came up front to give me a side of sauce. Which she interrogated me over. Even after I made it clear. My desire of additional sauce was separate, she insinuated confusion trying to figure out what I’m using the sauce for. After I insisted I still wanted the sauce. She told me I’d have to pay for it. I said that’s fine, when I trief to use Apple Pay she complained about it not being over 5.00 nd I did see a sign. But I’m gone come back and dine in and come back Ruth an update
Chengs is a gem.

Worst place ever after last night.
I order 2 Almond chicken dinners and 2 shrimp fried ride, and a side of fried Dumplings.
Never got the Dumplings, ended up with plain white rice. As far as the chicken not sure what it was. Plain under cooked chicken, with some kind of plain gravy.....WORST EVER. Tried to call got no answer!!!!!!! HEADS UP PEOPLE.....
Today i went to this business to pick up an carry out order and when i got there the order wasn’t ready even though it was passed the 20 minutes the quoted me. So when i finally received the food and paid for it with my credit card i tipped the cashier and when she handed me my receipt she and i quote said “ thank you S*** tips, here’s your copy” I gave her an $3 tip on an $15 meal that i had to wait longer for with no other customers being served! That was very unprofessional and she should not have that job!
