Absolutely terrible experience.. Went there for a kind of date night and we were both in awe of how poorly our experience was. We were sat in a cold booth right next to the door, with no other customers around which ment we waited for absolutely everything. At one point we needed salt and we had to go track someone down after waiting 10 min while our food got cold. Food was cold fries were absolutely old. Absolutely do not recommend under and circumstance and heck no, I wouldn't go back if it was free.

My server was Brianna and she was excellent, she was very nice, attentive, and helpful. She didn’t rush us to eat and get out like most servers, as long as she works here I will come back. The other servers who brought out the food were very friendly and professional as well. This establishment is one of the top in Michigan keep up the great work!

Hostesses were not helpful and ignored customers waiting in the lobby to put their names down for a table. They made us leave the bar because it was too full but they had children sitting there.

Not staffed adequately for the demand. The hostess was overwhelmed and rude to the people trying to put in their names and they had children sitting belly up to the bar taking up bar space. Overall chilis needs to organize better.
I had a great experience at Chili’s thanks to the manager, Melvin. I was having some trouble with a payment issue on the Ziosk, and he came over right away to help. Melvin was patient, friendly, and made sure everything got sorted out quickly. It really made the visit a lot less stressful. Big shout-out to Melvin for the excellent service!

Reasonable prices are for items that are so so. Just like everyone else. Food was tolerable, service generally better than the food.

Watch your bills. Our waitress was great, food ok restaurant pretty empty for a Thursday. I paid my bill by the kiosk and when I looked at the receipt I noticed it was much smaller. Being honest, I let them know they gave me the wrong bill. So instead of charging me the difference the manager said he would cancel the first bill and I would get the credit in 7- 10 business days and proceeded to charge me the correct bill. I wanted 8 days and called back because I hadn't been credited. He said it hasn't been 10 business days but don't worry if it doesn't happen we can give you a giftcard for the amount. Needless to say I waited over a month and never credited back until I fiked a claim with my Bank. I don't wantva giftcard to be forced to cone back!
