I can say, without a shred of doubt, that this is the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever frequented. I’ve lived in 2 states across many cities going to many Chipotles, and this is easily the worst. The food is okay when they have the ingredients, but they are often out of them. The last straw was when I was told they were out of chips when there was a plainly visible full size prep container *full* of chips behind the register, when asked they said “those are for the back line only.”It’s crazy that they choose to prioritize online orders over in-store customers. I will be going to another location from now on

Ordered 3 bowls online and all of them were not even half way full and a lot of the ingredients were missing. The manager was at the counter so I talked to him and he was very rude and said that it is normal for customers to get half a bowl while the other bowls getting served in store were very full to the top. Instead of doing anything to help, he told me to get a refund if I wasn’t happy with my order and he was VERY rude. I asked for his name, and he refused to give it saying “we don’t do that”. He had glasses. While mixing my bowl, I also found a leaf in my bowl. Very disappointing.

Beware!!!!! Ordered food for the family from the the chipotle app. Spent roughly $40 dollars and 40 minutes and the driver dropped us off cheese fries to our door. Customer service through chipotle is non existent and all they do is put you back to an app and say “this is not our problem we use DoorDash for our orders, have a good day. Leave it up to chipotle to completely disappoint. Literally has a shelf for mobile order but not a single one ends up on it. They’d prefer they sit it on a metal shelf losing all heat. The staff was rude and ignorant and mind you I ordered online! I get into the food and it’s the most disappointing meal I’ve had in a while.

The Chipotle in Rochester is horrible they never have any honey vinaigrette the only thing I order from you is a salad. And they never make the dressing and I have to drive to other Chipotle's when mine is right down the street from my apartment and they never have the ingredients that I like

I work very close to this location and usually order my food ahead on their app. In the last six months not one time have I gotten Fajita veggies in my bows or burritos as I had requested. They’re on the menu, take them off if you don’t have them. Reading other reviews I’m mindblown that they don’t have them because they don’t have time to chop veggies. Wow. Great attitude to have. Come in early and prep your food? Every other busy location manages that too. Bad attitudes all around. Every time I order I regret it. This was my last time here.

Last 3 times we have ordered from this location-wrong order-LATE order (by almost 20 minutes) there is no in door dining so how is it so backed up?-place order with a confirmation number, "we never received your order..." (this is after waiting 30 minutes. After asking about it some one just said "well all the 330pm orders are done...."GREAT CUSTOMER RELATIONS SKILLS.....???March 18 2024:Another terrible order, wife's chicken bowl had no chicken, and I had asked for double chicken one of regular and one of adobo, just got regular.
