I would not recommend this cold stone purely for its owner!! Toddy expects us to park along the wall yet all his trailers take up every parking spot, and when he decides to confront a harmless action he uses all sorts of profanity which I cannot type out in a public Google review! Workers are great, Toddy needs to work on his people skills.

I went in today to get a shake and one of the kids working in there named Chris put addititonal toppings in my shake as some kind of joke. NOT FUNNY allegires are real luckily I realized this before giving my friend with nut allergies a sip.

I have been regular to this store since moved to this area last year. Everything was good but until we ordered a birthday cake for my kid this year. We made this order 5 days in advance, we got a call the previous day of the birthday saying that they cannot make this cake and want to cancel the order. Their printer was not working. I had to make frequent calls to them asking them to get help from their other Cold Stone stores to help with their printing. Then the owner called me and said they can get help from other stores but he cannot send one of his workers to pick the print for the cake. They made me to drive and pick the print and deliver to the store to complete the cake order. This was an unpleasant experience since I was busy with all other preparations for my kids birthday. The store is good, but one has to reconsider if they are planning to order a birthday cake...Update based on owner's feedback: it was not about the money or discounts for the next visits. That's why I never accepted those discounts or free coupons. Yes, you might not have made me drive but what options did I have to get a cake ready within 24 hours?Moreover, I was expecting to hear from you on getting help from other stores, but unfortunately I was the one making that request multiple times before you accepted it. Hope you understand this was an unpleasant experience, that's all I wanted to convey.

The most unprofessional and overwhelming environment i’ve ever been in. Workers are like like 16 and yelling screaming and messing around with their friends. Horrible service, they only got 2 stars because the ice cream tastes good LMFAO

Wonderful service! They hire local OCC culinary grads and go well beyond what is expected to provide excellent service. Todd the owner greeted me and was exceptionally kind. Olivia made the most delicious ice cream food! And they have dairy free options!
