Edit: Today 01/03/25 I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with fries and a medium cheese curds. After waiting at least 20 min, when I got home and started eating, I found a big piece of plastic in the sandwich. The cheese curds were also stale. I threw everything out. I will never go back there again!!
I order a lot from Culver's. The food is delicious, however, this is the 3rd time when I pay for my order and items are missing. I called twice to let them know, but no one answered.

Soup was missed out on the drive through pickup and when called over phone they mentioned a coupon will be mailed out, which never came in and upon follow through even after 15 days they say it will be in my mail. Does this even make sense?!!

Went in and placed a carry out order. First time at a Culver's. Order was incorrect. Drove back to get it corrected. Burger was the worst I have had in a long time. Way over done. By the time I arrived back home and ate, my food was cold. Ate my food, and I was still hungry after. I did leave 1 star because I wasn't brutally attacked by a cashiers father like the one in shelby township does for free.
I've been to many Culver's around Michigan and other states and this one was by far the best service. I went inside and the, I assume manager lady, was very sweet and to top it off, the absolute BEST pumpkin mixer I've ever had.

The owner sucks, the food is good but the owner yells at the workers, and when a custard topping goes on the ground the owner expects the worker to sanitize it and re use it, and the same with cups instead of throwing the cups away when the touch the ground the owner makes the workers sanitize them and reuse them, back to the toppings I don’t want chemicals on my toppings from them sanitizing them
Parking: The parking and the drive through sucks when they get really busy you can’t find parking anywhere and have to wait a while to get your food

I've been coming here for a long time. I just found out that they have been charging me for the side of ranch with the curds I get, for about a year now. I refunded my meal and they looked at me like I was an alien. A side of sauce comes with fried cheese in Michigan. Culver’s used to be my favorite. Go back to Wisconsin with this sauce scam! We're breaking up. Good day.
