“Cold Stone is great, but this particular location is on a different level. The owner Todd has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. The staff is friendly, and even the younger staff members have excellent customer service skills. There’s a young woman manager there, Olivia I believe, she does a fantastic job as well. Very helpful and polite.

There are closer locations to me, but I go out of my way to this one because the customer service and quality are just that much better. Not to mention they do a fantastic job on the custom cakes! 10/10 - absolutely the best.“

“I stopped in on Saturday morning just to see what this store was like. As I hoped for it’s a great store, well stocked and many items that I had not previously seen. What I didn’t expect was the level of customer service I received, outstanding! As a fairly new decorator my questions were answered in the most helpful and patient way, the expertise level was above and beyond. A desire to truly help me be successful was absolutely appreciated. I would recommend this shop to anyone 100%! Looking forward to doing some classes too!“

“I’ve went in there a few times now and they do not disappoint! We’ve tried the cheesecake, banana pudding, 3 different cupcakes, and the peach cobbler and all of them tasted sooo good! On top of that customer service is absolutely amazing…. They have played with my daughter, gave her a band aid, and actual listen and talk to her when I bring her in… and that’s a HUGE win for me! We’re beyond excited to come back time and time again, and for them to do my little one’s birthday cake!“

“Edita is awesome! I placed an order for a custom cake for my best friend’s 60th birthday. The cake looked amazing, and everyone loved it. It was for 30 people and it was tiramisu flavor with beautiful chocolate decorations. I would recommend Edita if you ever need a custom cake since she is very talented!!“

“10/10 would recommend this bakery!! I needed a smash cake for my daughter’s first birthday. I wanted to find one that used natural dyes. I called a few bakery’s and this is the only one that was willing to use a natural dye. They had me bring in a box of the dye I wanted! The cake turned out perfect, looked great, tasted great and they were really really decently priced too!! I also had a dozen cupcakes made with my dye and it was great too! My only complaint was it was supposed to be a bright pink but it turned out more of a really really light pink. Totally okay, especially since they were using my dye! But I just wish I would have been called when they were making it before I picked it up so I would have known. But I would 100% use this bakery again!“

“We had such a wonderful experience with The Home Bakery for our wedding cake! We worked with Mary, the wedding coordinator, and she did a fantastic job from start to finish. The free cake tasting was so much fun—we got to try several different cake, filling, and frosting options, and Mary was very informative and helpful throughout the process. We ultimately chose a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, and it was absolutely incredible. Our wedding guests gave us so many compliments on how delicious it was. We’re even saving the top tier to enjoy on our one-year anniversary! Mary was extremely responsive, professional, and a joy to work with.
