Tasty turkey is similar to before COVID. NovaLox has lost what made it special: they took the smoked salmon off, so this is a bagel with cream cheese, onions and crepes.
Other than this: this is a normal Einstein pre-COVID experience.
The service was polite but also a bit slow and they only had one person up front at first.

Great Bagels. Hash browns and cheese were sold out. Bummer, that’s a very good one. Ended up with the 6 cheese bagel. That was on point. Would definitely get it again. The hash browns and cheese bagels are my favorite. Coffee is good too. Parking was a bit busy. Lots of parking, just full. Recommended if you want a bagel.

Everything was fine for me. I have a problem with how the blonde lady (based off other reviews, looks like her name is Bridget) treats her staff. I was in there for 5 minutes and she was freaking out at a young man who was nothing but kind to guest. She was also yelling at an older lady for something minor.

Treat your people good, because people notice. I’m not sure I want to come back after seeing how she treated her staff. Not cool.

I've been going to this location for the past few years because it's on my way to work. But even if it wasn't, I'd still go out of my way to come here! Not only are the bagels consistently delicious, but Amanda & Bridget always welcome you into the store with a smile & a friendly hello. And they seem to take the time to get to know each customer that walks in. Christian & Lauren are also valuable assets to the team, making sure your visit is a positive one and worthy of coming back. Thank you all for the terrific service you provide and for representing Einstein well!

I order a bagel or breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee 2-3 times a week through the app for an online pick up order and majority of the time I have to ask for the iced coffee because it is never with my food…just getting irritating waiting for something that is the quickest thing to make

I am in sales and always on the road, I always make it a point to go out of my way to go to this location because I value good customer service. The manager Bridget is such a sweetheart, I watch her go out of her way to make sure customers get 110% When I’m in there. The rest of the crew has also been exceedingly nice. Excellent job to whoever hired this crew!

Bridget? The manager? (Idk, associate said she was the boss) was very, very rude. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, both yesterday and today. Yesterday, it had no whip cream. Today, it did so I asked if I could get one without. The representative asked Bridget and she said all smoothies come with whipped cream. I asked if this meant she couldn’t remake it and she said no, she could not remake it. I stated that it did not come with whipped cream yesterday and she said she wasn’t sure who made it yesterday but they all come with whipped cream. I went out to my car and pulled up the menu for the other blended beverages. They all mentioned whipped cream in the description AND had whipped cream in the picture, EXCEPT the strawberry banana smoothie I ordered. I went back in and showed this to her and she got very upset/annoyed. I was completely nice the whole time, as I worked retail for 3 years in the past. Yet she was rude and stated “remake it for her, I can’t” and shook her head, she was talking rudely about me to the staff, and said from now on all online blended beverages come with whipped cream. Even though it isn’t mentioned ONLINE in the description or picture for the drink. How is this my problem? Why am I being treated rudely when I have been polite and simply asked for the drink to be remade because there was NO mention of whipped cream in the description for this drink, or in the picture. Very frustrating experience. The rest of the staff was nice and polite, but Bridget, who they said was the boss, was rude and I’m not sure I understand why. Will not be returning to this location.
