Einstein Bros. Bagels

I am in sales and always on the road, I always make it a point to go out of my way to go to this location because I value good customer service. The manager Bridget is such a sweetheart, I watch her go out of her way to make sure customers get 110% When I’m in there. The rest of the crew has also been exceedingly nice. Excellent job to whoever hired this crew!

Bridget? The manager? (Idk, associate said she was the boss) was very, very rude. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, both yesterday and today. Yesterday, it had no whip cream. Today, it did so I asked if I could get one without. The representative asked Bridget and she said all smoothies come with whipped cream. I asked if this meant she couldn’t remake it and she said no, she could not remake it. I stated that it did not come with whipped cream yesterday and she said she wasn’t sure who made it yesterday but they all come with whipped cream. I went out to my car and pulled up the menu for the other blended beverages. They all mentioned whipped cream in the description AND had whipped cream in the picture, EXCEPT the strawberry banana smoothie I ordered. I went back in and showed this to her and she got very upset/annoyed. I was completely nice the whole time, as I worked retail for 3 years in the past. Yet she was rude and stated “remake it for her, I can’t” and shook her head, she was talking rudely about me to the staff, and said from now on all online blended beverages come with whipped cream. Even though it isn’t mentioned ONLINE in the description or picture for the drink. How is this my problem? Why am I being treated rudely when I have been polite and simply asked for the drink to be remade because there was NO mention of whipped cream in the description for this drink, or in the picture. Very frustrating experience. The rest of the staff was nice and polite, but Bridget, who they said was the boss, was rude and I’m not sure I understand why. Will not be returning to this location.

Good food and nice atmosphere

This place is literally a joke. While I was getting my food the manager, was yelling and cursing at an employee in front of everybody who was standing in line. The place is disgusting and the health department should seriously come take a look. You have all these employees but numerous employees just standing around with their hands in their pockets and others are on their phones while you have lobby full of customers and one or two people helping us get our food. Clearly all of this is stemming from poor quality management. The attitude of your employees reflects the leadership of the establishment, I will be going to the other location in Warren because this one is absolute garbage. To top it all off nobody is wearing hair nets or any gloves, while handling the food including the manager, which I know is against the Servsafe guidelines and certification. This is a serious issue and this manager needs to be terminated before I call the health department.

Ordered online for pick up. Great bagels! Those hash browns balls are so yummy 😋. Got the special with the sausage and gravy

I absolutely love this place the bagel sandwiches are so good and fresh and the ice coffee 😍 so good can’t wait to go back

This was my first time coming into Einstein and I had no idea what to get. Thankfully Aaron was such a helpful employee, he helped me pick out those most delicious breakfast sandwich I have ever had in my life. He was also very kind and generous. Thank you so much Aaron for making my first Einstein experience one to remember. I will definitely be coming back!

How is this a large latte? There’s barely any coffee any in here, it’s mostly empty. $6-7 for air is ridiculous.

I also ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and there’s barely anything in it and a breakfast sandwich with 2 eggs and only got 1.

I didn’t see everything until I got home. But I paid almost $20 for this meal. Why aren’t customers getting what we paid for? With inflation and crazy prices we’re still not even getting what we pay for.

So disappointing, do better Einstein. Start treating your customers like people. What a waste of money.

I've been picking up a couple dozen bagels on the weekends and bringing to my weekend job. Everyone says these are the best bagels they've ever had. I concur.

Everything I ordered, toasted bagels, and a wrap smelled and tasted like the inside of a burnt oven/toaster. Was pretty gross besides the rock hard cinnamon bun.

Worst service ever slowest workers ever and they cant even toast 3 bagels they said too much work i could've went and got my own bagels at kroger for half the price.
