This local restaurant in Michigan has it's positive and negatives regarding accessibility. The door to the restaurant is narrow, a single door, which could be problematic for someone in a wheelchair for example, it is also a pull door with a small handle, which could also present difficulties for someone. Upon entering, the line to order food also intersects with tables for seating creating a very narrow area, but also a very overstimulating one. The kitchen is not blocked off by a full wall, thus the sounds from the kitchen, staff, and people eating presents a very noisy environment that could be overstimulating for some, and also make it challenging for someone with a hearing impairment to hear. Though this could present an issue for someone, the website offers the menu and screen reading is available, thus this could help someone determine what they want to eat prior to going inside, which could aid the audio issue but also prevent anxiety around ordering in a busy and loud area. There are three big windows at the front, and on a sunny day there is nothing to block it, which could be another barrier to accessibility. The tables in the restaurant are a positive as there are many different kinds, high top, low top, and booths, which allows people to chose what they prefer, and could also allow for more accessibility. The bathrooms at the back of the restaurant have wide doors, are very large, and are singles, which could help if someone needed more space in the bathroom for various reasons.

Great fresh food. However m, it was my first time there and I ordered a “big lunch”, which is supposed to be a full sandwich, yet they only gave me half. I ordered it to be on jalapeño cheadder bread, yet they put it on normal sourdough. I also got a half sandwhich half salad combo, and I asked for there to be no goat cheese on my salad and add feta, they did not minus the got cheese or add the feta. I asked for my sandwich to be on Asiago bread, and again they put it on regular sourdough. I wouldn’t call back and try to get a refund, bc my husband and I ate all our food, it was good. But for my first time being there, I expected perfection,

Why was this $15???Reminds me of Panera bread. Overpriced and small portions. Not a wide variety of gluten free options either which is a bummer. The coffee however is very good.

Ordered take out over the holidays. Even with the crush of folks picking up food the staff did an excellent job of keeping up and letting us know the food was coming. Sandwiches were delicious & they have a great selection of veggie options as well as standard deli meats.Vegetarian options: Veggie Reuben is excellent!

We had the chipotle chicken sandwich, chicken chili, broccoli soup, and kids chicken tenders. All the food was very good, very good value but the service was exceptional!All the staff, from the woman taking the order, the young lady cleaning the tables and asking if we needed anything, to the cook thanking us when we were leaving for having eaten there , was great!Will be going there to try their skillets and other items soon.
