Every time something is wrong!

Older gentleman at the counter was extremely rude and reeked of cigarettes. Would not recommend this location.

Extremely poor service and they turn the phones off if they get busy. Had a delivery and they forgot items when I called I was on hold for 15 minutes then drove to the store while still on the phone. The lobby was completely empty but still no one answering the phones. The manager was extremely short with me and disappeared after telling her my issues. It's ridiculous I placed my order at 3 pm for a 6 pm delivery it came almost 30 minutes late and items were not delivered.

I would give 0 stars if l could. Forgot my salad the first time which was not on DoorDash and then took 40 minutes for delivery when I live around the corner. I will never order from the Rochester hills Hungry howies again.,

Take out experience was great. The staff were very helpful, and the pizza was delicious. I prefer round pizza, pepperoni, original crust.

Ordered a pizza and waited 65 minutes and then called to find out they didn't make it. Then he said he would make it and give me a discount and the price was still the same! Garbage service! Will never order again from here.

Ordered Delivery for lunch and I was amazed. I am writing this review to say a big thank you to Emma, she listed off the lunch deals and got me the best deal for a pizza I shared with my coworkers. I ordered the pizza for 2pm and The delivery driver, Maddie, who was very pleasant, showed on time. Thank you Hungry howies Rochester team for a great lunch for my coworkers and I!!

The review is for whoever they use for delivery, because there is a close same number of street but street name different, lately they go to the wrong address for delivery, some people ask the name of the person who placed the order some not, they just drop the Pizza to the wrong address, and as the one who pays for the order including their tip has to wait a long time until they fix the mistaken delivery...I've told them many times about this situation, it seems that no one cares...it keeps happening, and you just have to wait close to 2 hrs to get an order delivered to the right place.

Ordered 6 large pizzas and all of them were overdone :( Given that the crust itself was half the width of a slice, there were hardly any toppings or sauce ro enjoy. Our group literally threw away the crust and ate what was remaining of the slices. Poor experience.

Ordered 2 deep-dish pizzas and bread sticks to be delivered. After delivery time expired with no pizza I reached out and manager, he said that it was still at the store, and said it would go out with next driver. Took the 30 minute delivery an 1 hour and 40 minutes to get our order. On top of that, it seemed delivery driver wanted an extra tip.

i've been to this place quite a few times, and it's ALWAYS, a hit or miss. from having them give me a pepperoni pizza when i ordered cheese pizza, to having them give me a pizza with the toppings i did not ask for, and telling me they would credit me for it, which never happened, to having my sauce packets missing for my sub. Well it happened again just now. I went to pick up my order, one of the guys making food greeted me which was good, but a different guy waited on me. a guy with braces and a full beard came to check me out, i left a tip on my card, which now i wish i wouldn't have, because i leave, and guess what!?! no sauce packets, as usual... My son goes in to get them, but when he didn't come out, i go in. he's waiting, but no one is waiting on him, so when i walk in, the bell rings and the same guy with the beard that waited on me the first time, comes out, but when he see's me, he literally, turned around and said "complaint" and booked it to the back, leaving me standing there, now when he did that, it actually got me upset. first of all, all i came back for was the sauce packets which he didn't give me for my sub, it was that simple, but he made like it was going to be some big deal when i walked back in, i don't like that at all! second, even if you do not want to wait on a customer, too bad it's part of the job, how else will i get helped? and to turn around and leave me standing there is rude! so the guy who greeted me the first time i came in, came from the back and i asked for the packets, he handed them to me and i left. i don't know if they split tips but i seriously do not want that rude employee to get any of my money. I absolutely HATE! poor/bad customer service, can't stand it! is he stereotyping me or something? over this place.

Curbside service shouldn't be offered if you can't do it plus my pizza was cold I waited 30 minutes they were not

Pizza/order accuracy is hit or miss at this location so double check when you receive it. No beets or pepperoncini on the greek salads anymore so the only difference is the feta cheese? and mine had two types of cheese.

Doughy, raw, forgot the ranch. And 75 minutes for 1 pizza and cheese bread on a weekday at 645?
