I would give this place a ZERO if I could. Not that the cookies were bad, because they were mid, maybe even a little bit tasty. But, the SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS. This is my first experience with insomnia cookies and is most certainly my last. I have had crumbl and went to insomnia as a last resort for a late night sweet treat. I would have rather gone anywhere else. It was my friends very first time and I was attempting to pick out my order. The worker, a man with a brown mustache and bob length hair that needed to be combed was the rudest worker I think I’ve ever met. I had no time to even look at the menu before he attacked me with rude remarks and telling me how I couldn’t order certain things, which wouldn’t be a problem except for the fact the his attitude toward me was so uncalled for, especially to a costumer, it made my experience with insomnia cookies HORRIFIC. I will never be coming here again. #CRUMBLISBETTER #GETBETTERWORKERS

I’m honestly not sure how this place is still open. I’m convinced this must be a money laundering operation because there is NO WAY they have repeat customers. The cookies were small, flavorless and oily. I am a regular Crumbl customer and thought I’d try Insomnia Cookies for a new treat and I was seriously tricked with how horrible and overpriced they were. If you are considering getting some, please reconsider or make some in an easy bake oven at home for the same effect. I wish I could leave 0 stars, I was so disappointed.

I want to love it, but it's sloppy. Me and my wife have ordered several times and they repeatedly don't get the orders correct. We have been shorted 5 cookies in 3 orders. Unfortunately can't buy things from a place that doesn't give you what you're paying for.
If your still here, we contacted the store after the 2nd incorrect order and we were told that the store would send the corrected order immediately. We never received it.

today I came here with my siblings, hoping to get a good snack, but that was not what happened a A girl with glasses took my order, was giving major attitude when I was asking her simple questions about the menu and then I got ice cream there was no cookie with my ice cream. I asked her where is the cookie and she said you did not ask for a cookie with very big attitude I will never come here again you’ve lost a customer and my business forever.

Haven’t had their cookies in a while….forgot how good they were. Such a nice place, with lovely works. Will definitely go again. The cookies are exactly how I like my cookies, crunchy on the end soft in the middle. And the price is actually really reasonable. Don’t have any pictures because I devoured the cookies as soon as I got them lol.

Open until 12am!! I usually order on doordash delivery but was at bdubs so I was gonna get my food and go over. Unfortunately, I missed their 12am cutoff, but I think it's so cool they're open so late! I will have to try again soon! Store is super cute!
