Mind you, I love this franchise but not all locations are the best. After I made a complaint about my sandwich through the feedback, Ryan reached out immediately to me. He was beyond professional and right a wrong for me. I am very impressed with his work ethic that I had to leave a review. I will continue to the come to location.

The workers are very nice and try their hardest to make you the best sub possible. I’ve been to many Jersey mikes but this one is the best one i’ve been to. Go there atleast once a week now!

Just want to say Katie and the staff at the Rochester road branch were top tear. They had a difficult customer come in while I was there and they handle it very well and then got right to my order like nothing happened. 10/10

Placed an order on the website for 5 sandwiches and I only got 4. I called the store and spoke with Zak(I believe) and told him what happened. He immediately apologized and volunteered to refund me for the sandwich. However the sandwich was mine and that was going to leave me without a lunch for the day and I couldn’t go myself to pick up, so he went out of his way to bring it to me, which was so unexpected and very much appreciated! Thank you so much for your kindness!

Okay, so I’ve eaten at this location often enough to see most of all the employees and interact with them. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The subs are always well made to my liking and the service is top notch. Kudos to the managers and all the staff. Oh and I have to mention the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. The floors, the counters, and the tables all very clean and most of all the people making the subs are presentable and smiling. Great job gang! Keep up the hard work. 🫶🥪💯

I've gone in several times, and the service was good, along with the food. Today, though, they were busy and gave me an attitude because I have food allergies.

I wouldn't have gone to your place of business if I knew you couldn't take care of me. I felt your stress today because you were busy and had to change gloves, slow down the line, and accommodate a person that you didn't want to serve.

Really sad, you know. I know how to order my food. You just didn't want to take a moment to serve someone who walked in your door, waited in line, just to hear your hesitation in my order.

I'm not sure if you were the manager, but you totally disrespected me in front of people, and your attitude was not very nice. The guy that was originally helping me was very nice, but you lady...not so much.

I pray that no one gets food allergies. They suck. Just when I thought I had another restaurant I could eat at, you pulled the rug out from under me.

Not visiting your store anymore.
