Just want to say Katie and the staff at the Rochester road branch were top tear. They had a difficult customer come in while I was there and they handle it very well and then got right to my order like nothing happened. 10/10

Placed an order on the website for 5 sandwiches and I only got 4. I called the store and spoke with Zak(I believe) and told him what happened. He immediately apologized and volunteered to refund me for the sandwich. However the sandwich was mine and that was going to leave me without a lunch for the day and I couldn’t go myself to pick up, so he went out of his way to bring it to me, which was so unexpected and very much appreciated! Thank you so much for your kindness!

Okay, so I’ve eaten at this location often enough to see most of all the employees and interact with them. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The subs are always well made to my liking and the service is top notch. Kudos to the managers and all the staff. Oh and I have to mention the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. The floors, the counters, and the tables all very clean and most of all the people making the subs are presentable and smiling. Great job gang! Keep up...
