This is the first time ive been to this jets. Placed a walk in order for a jet boat with pepperoni and cheese, well done boneless wings with sweet red chili sauce, small Greek salad with no tomatoes and Greek dressing, and cheese bread with extra cheese. Asked to make sure there was pizza sauce included with both the bread and boat and I was total yes. The total with tip was around 45$. When picked up, I got a medium salad which we are not sure if the charged us wrong since the receipt did not include the actual order. The wings were not well done. The cheese bread did not include extra cheese. There was no sauce included with the order at all. Most these issues are happening very consistently at the different jets such as missing sauce, no extra cheese when paying for extra cheese, and chicken not being well done when requesting it. This is more of a corporate problem with how much it happens across the various locations.

8/17/25 update. Picked up the worst jets pie ever. It was dry and burnt. Ordered turbo crust ... no turbo crust. Great Jets. Consistently supplies solid pies. Great food. Fast and friendly staff.

I ordered pizza from Jet’s today and it was absolutely horrible. I have never had a Jet’s pizza miss the mark this badly. As you can tell from the attached photo, it is extremely burnt. I am deeply disappointed they consider this okay to serve to costumers. I am so upset this ruined my night and now I am out 30 bucks and dinner.
