8/17/25 update. Picked up the worst jets pie ever. It was dry and burnt. Ordered turbo crust ... no turbo crust. Great Jets. Consistently supplies solid pies. Great food. Fast and friendly staff.

I ordered pizza from Jet’s today and it was absolutely horrible. I have never had a Jet’s pizza miss the mark this badly. As you can tell from the attached photo, it is extremely burnt. I am deeply disappointed they consider this okay to serve to costumers. I am so upset this ruined my night and now I am out 30 bucks and dinner.

I think this Jet’s location is pretty cool. I order from this place at least once a month, pick up or delivery always a pleasant transaction. The employees are professional and friendly and smile every time. The food is always exactly what I expect from Jet’s! Delicious pizza every single time I eat it. The square pizza and jet bread is my go to!
I'm a tow truck driver. They have awesome pizza and the staff and the night manager. There are awesome.Thank you from the bottom of my heart !!!!!!

10/31/24: Called at 5:14pm to place a delivery order...card was charged $42.57. The guy that took our order said it would be about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes for delivery 7:14 pm called again to follow up. Our order had been processed... but it was still going to be an hour to an 1 hour. 45min. for delivery. It is currently 820pm, and we are still waiting. I know they say it is the " busiest time of year" what about 4th of July, the Super Bowel, world series, Stanley Cup...come on.
***update*** my wife just called again... They said the order was "canceled"...CARD WAS CHARGED, but the order canceled. Waited 4 hours. for nothing.
All the years we have ordered from you....tonight Jet's severely dropped the ball...POOR SERVICE. If yall couldn't deliver... just tell us there is no need to keep dragging it out.
