I have gone to this location several times. One time a fresh made salad was rotten in the middle. They just blew it off. Another time it took 45 minutes after they told me 12. The pizza was quite greasy and chewy...
Hats off to the staff last night as I called for a delivery at 10 minutes to closing (I had a rather large party, and my guests were screaming for pizza). As I asked if it was OK, there was no hesitancy in his voice that they would bring the 5 large pizzas to my house to feed my guests.
They got to the house in 25 minutes and I just wanted to say I couldn't be more impressed with the willingness to go over and above the call of duty.
