Marino was amazing! I recently moved to the area and it's so nice to know my new local Jet's has me taken care of.
However, their system does not allow tips. I find this so awful to do to this location's employees, especially since it's not like their wages likely went up to survive a tip free experience. Want to see this basic necessity for basic the most original tipped industry.

Ordered with the Jetbot and got the order wrong; ordered a round and got deep dish. The pizza was burned on top and far beyond well done. It was pretty much inedible First time this has happened here. So disappointing.

Pizza was greasy and took forever, ordered the food and was given an estimate of 9:04 pickup time, i get there at 9 and am promptly told my pizza would be ready in 5 minutes. I ended up waiting nearly an hour to get my pizza. They had 8 people back there and 3 making pizzas. Horrible experience

The consistency and quality of this Jets is INSANE. I come here maybe once or twice a month since moving to RH, last time was yesterday 11/27 around 5:00pm. I didn’t catch his name but the gentleman who stepped in to take over the second register was super nice and helpful

I've been a loyal customer at this location for a while now, and I just want to give a huge shoutout to Brandon and Alex. They work incredibly hard and their customer service is consistently excellent. You can tell they really care about what they do every pizza is made to perfection, and they always make sure customers leave satisfied. These two work together seamlessly, and it's because of them that I keep coming back. Kudos to you both for your dedication and great work!

Did takeout and it hit the spot. The Detroit-style pepperoni pizza had crispy edges and just the right amount of cheese and grease—super satisfying.
Breadsticks were solid, especially with both marinara and ranch. Marino told me to try the ranch and wow—creamy with a little tang, way better than I expected.
Cinnamon rolls were warm, soft, and not overly sweet.
Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Marino and the team really took care of things. Will order again for sure.
