Don’t order online thinking it will help you get the slices faster! I ordered at 1 and was expecting it to be done at 1:28 got there at 1:30 to pick up said it was going to be 4 mins then it wasn’t done until 12 mins later and was the last out of the line that came after me to get the slices hahaha. I cannot eat on my lunch break now since I only had 5 mins to spare to get back :) just be honest from the get go and refund me if it’s not ready.

Seems like the last few times I've gotten a salad from this location the ingredients seem to be old. I find wilted lettuce more often than I ever used to. I used to love the antipasto salads from Jet's however it seems the price has gone up and the quality down. Really is a shame.

I ordered a pizza delivery and got the pizza on time. My bottle of ranch was missed that I ordered and I said no big deal. Then we sat down to eat it and there was a slice missing. We always order from here and never had issues until today. You hear about this stuff happening and you don’t believe it until it happens to you. Called them back and the manager is remaking the pizza. Unacceptable that someone would take a slice out of the box like we wouldn’t notice. Manager did remake the pizza and deliver it out again and I appreciate that. Checking my boxes from now on before delivery person leaves.
