They delivered an opened bag if chips and sent the straw but nit the drink. No drink has happened 2 times now.
Good, Fast Service, and nice sandwiches. BUT...WHY do they Always blast the AC in the middle of Winter?!?
I don't even like to pick up food from places that do that.

11-24-24 Very rude customer service!!! I come 2xs a month to buy a fresh loft of bread for some reason I’m told they can sell me day old bread who want to buy day old bread!! I was told they can not sell me a fresh loaf…. Jimmy John’s stop picking and choosing which day you want to sell fresh bread poor customer service! Not about the customer that keep them in business 1186 Walton Rochester Hills get together clean your employees up they look like they should not work with food please do better!

So, in my experience of over 50 years of customer service, I have never been mistreated by any establishment as what I experienced this Saturday afternoon!
Where do I begin, would it even matter as the neighboring business had warned us of the snipe and awful attitude by all 4 attendants!
I greeted the young girl with : hi how are you?
I got: what can I get for you!!!
No hello back!
No welcome to JJ , how can I help you, serve you, or get for you sir.
I am over 50 years old , so what is it with the attitude of all 4 attendants, who had multiple opportunities to greet or be nice to someone their father’s age!
Not even have a nice day or anything!
I immediately told one of the awful “attendants” : boy you guys really don’t know the ABCs of good customer service!
They replied with, excuse me!!
And I just said: I will give you the worst review in my entire lifetime experience
And I just walked out, never to visit this JJ branch!!
Please don’t get me wrong, but my 29 years old teacher son pays half his wages on JJ sandwiches,
I am not here to promote other decent sub or sandwich establishments all over the place
But what a bad attitude towards customers!! I would be looking into this as soon as possible! And take corrective measures if i was the owner of this branch..
Note:, my wife warned me not to go in there as she frequently does her nails and other beauty lounge services around this JJ , and she was warned not to go there and order due to the very rude staff there..

I been coming here for years since I moved to the area and sunday morning, someone really didn’t want to be at work. I had just left the ER after being there all night so it was my only meal and I suffered food poisoning symptoms few hours after consumption. It’s really sad how so many in the food industry try to normalize this behavior and it’s just plain sad. I’m done doing business with this location. You need to fire workers who do this immediately when you see it as it compromises customer health/safety and can easily report for health violation.

Very annoyed with your customer service I placed an online order on your app at 8:55pm. I was in the parking lot after a very long move and driving for hours on end…. Your worker called me at 9:01 and said you were closed and she can’t make the sandwich’. All I wanted after a day of hell was food. She could have made the sandwich she just wanted to leave if she had made it …. This would have been a 5 star review. Customer service and kindness goes a long way
Very nice customer service for only 2 employees to take orders and make orders. I can't imagine how this establishment thinks 2 workers is enough to run thr whole joint. About 10 people waiting on sandwiches plus a doordash order. We ordered 3 subs and waited about 25 minutes, I can't blame the workers. Food was good, store was clean.

I've had better. I got the BLT. got 2 tomatoes and barely any lettuce. I do like their bread and the amount of bacon was good. But dang really chintzy on the rest. I like Subway better

Everything was really great except for one employee. He might have been having a bad day, but he was really short with me and my son. I don't blame him 100% because everyone should be able to have a bad day every now and then. I just hope it isn't how he is normally at work. Customer service isn't for everyone.

Basically as you can see from all the other reviews, this place kind of stinks even for a Jimmy John's. The staff does not appear to care about clients. They give you attitude just for being there. It's supposed to be known as a friendly place where they say howdy to you when you come in. Not this location.

This location needs a lot of work with their staff. Placed two orders one at 8:45pm and another at 8:58pm, received a call at 9:00pm stating that they are now closed even though the website, google, and posted signs at the store say 10pm. Was also told they will only make the one order and not the second one because they closed the line before the second order came in which is before they supposedly closed. When asked if we could get a refund on both the orders we were met with attitude and told there was nothing they could do (didn’t even get second order even though I paid for it), not to mention you can barely even hear each other being 2 feet away with the blaring music they refuse to turn down. Told them they should probably change the hours on all platforms and the store posted hours and was told they have been trying. Took it upon myself to contact google to change the hours on google and it took 2 hours to get it changed, so they didn’t seem to try that hard. With all these complaints in the past year you would think the GM would get a handle on it and hire better staff. Won’t be returning to this location until that happens. (Will be contacting corporate if I am not refunded in the next couple days for my second order that was not made)

This location has gone downhill. The bread was hard and almost inedible. The staff is rude and seems like you’re bothering them. This is too much money for such low quality garbage food.
