Update: The owner thinks I have the wrong restaurant instead of taking accountability. No I dont have the wrong restaurant. You are inside Papa Joes at Teinken and Rochester next to the deli counter. Get better don't try to dodge the issue. I was very excited for this and got it for my wife's birthday. Everything was ice cold and not made fresh. Sorry! They had no clue what is going on here. The menu online doesn’t match the one in store. Kabob grill but only had chicken kabobs. The guy was clueless.

Inside Papa Joe's - I was reluctant at first but Ali convinced me he made a great shawarma. They are premade and ready to go in the deli window but they can also make it while you wait. Great flavor, tender chicken and simply delicious - I don't have to travel 20 minutes to Pita Cafe anymore!

On saturday I took my business to Vince and joe's to grocery shop for Easter. There I was rudely mistreated and scrutinized. So Saturday Night I went to Papa Joes where i felt at home. Great produce section and selection, easy to find food, and friendly workers. I highly suggest this Market if you are shopping for a good big meal or just casually getting groceries. I also had a run in with one of the owners and he treated me like a long time friend. This place has an immaculate selection of meats and at the same time being great tasting. On the contrary Vince and Joes will get none of my business any longer, I found a new place that feels like home.

Love the store, selection and quality, produce, Fresh USDA meats cut to order, full service counter, large selection of beef , veal, lamb, poultry, fresh sausages made in house, ready to cook ideas and upscale deli meats. Great selection of gourmet to go fully cooked meal ideas

Gourmet all the way! This market is sensation overload of smells, colors and beautifully made pastries and desserts. The presentation of the deli/meat/seafood counters satisfies the most OCD person alive. The fresh fruit and veggies will make you want to eat more! They have so many exotic fruits and veggies. Items that you don't normally see or are hard to find. Their prepared meals, hot items and deli salads will make you literally drool! You will have a hard time deciding what to choose from their vast variety of ready made items. They have great sales that start every Monday and run until Sunday. Free Bread on Tuesdays, I'm sold! The free bread is any of their fresh, baked in house bread, with a $10 purchase. That's a great deal considering their bread is on average $6 a loaf. I always get their ciabatta. It's fantastic toasted or grilled cheese sandwiches or my favorite, grilled Italian veggie sandwiches. They also offer BOGO (buy one get one free) French loaves of bread on Fridays. Not many places are giving away free items these days, but Papa Joe's is giving you free bread 2 times a week! I've put up over 100 pictures for this business. Can you tell I really like this place! It's obvious I highly recommend this business. They employees are always friendly and a good handful of them recognized me on my weekly visit, always saying HI to me. Cashier Carol is just the sweetest, most genuine woman I have ever met. I always wait in her line to chat with her while she checks me out. They recently put in self check out lanes, so if you're in a hurry or only have a few items you can get out fast. This place is always busy, and for good reason. It's truly an amazing gourmet market. Make sure to grab a rewards card at the register to save lots of money on their weekly specials and to get you free bread! If you've never been here- definitely check it out! Papa Joe's doesn't disappoint!

Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated by the manager Kristi! I asked her about the free well renowned bread and she rolled her eyes at me! Disgraceful! Adding to the fact she shouted at me to come to the service desk without any manners! My husband and I have been avid customers for years and we are so disappointed that someone with that conduct has the role of "manager"! Not my first choice grocery store anymore!

Yesterday, June 6th, I purchased the chicken scallopini pablo grilled chicken dinner at the prepared food counter. I could see that it was going to be a thin piece of chicken under the breading, but thought it would be tender white meat. Actually, it was tough and grissly. I read the packaging label when I got home. It said, "dinner". Not! It said, "with starch & vegetable". Not! I think the wrong label and pricing got put on the container. I love the store and the employees. I am almost always satisfied with the food. But, this time, $10.99 for two pieces of shoe leather

First time I been to Papa Joe's and last. I asked for help and Shawn the General Manager asked sarcastically, what is the issue. Asked for his boss information and gave me the number for Penny in HR. I always go to Vince and Joe's and they are always so friendly and helpful. I won't recommend them to anyone. If you want great service and excellent prices go to Vince & Joe's. They are a family own business and not to big for their bridges.

Papa Joes market is my favorite markets. It's always clean and has friendly staff with a upscale gourmet to go counter and homemade soups along with a bakery with homemade breads and a dessert section to die for. Store pickup or in home delivery is available and they will handle your shopping for you. They even clean out and restock your refrigerator! I love the fresh produce and sauce section that has hard to find sauces and spices.

This grocery is amazing, carrying many high end products you can't find anywhere else. My only problem is they close so early I barely shop here because of that fact.

Today the check out lines were extraordinarily long - 2 lines with at least 10 customers in each, plus an auxiliary cashier behind these that was alternating helping customers in these 2 lines. After already waiting in my line about 10 minutes, a guy walks up to the auxiliary cashier and waits there. As soon as the customer already there is checked out, the cashier proceeds to check that person out - his wait time is 15 seconds, my ice cream is melting. Turns out that person is a PJ employee off shift now. I'm all for companies supporting their employees, but allowing them to line jump paying customers just doesn't sit well with me, nor did the response from the arrogant cashier when I asked him about it. I have many options for grocery shopping in close proximity - PJ's can count on 1 less paying customer from now on.

Frustrating experience. I went in to get honey and was not able to make sense of the store. I asked for help and was told to go to the service counter. I was not able to find the service counter. I left.

Not so pleased with this place anymore! Mask police chased me down even though I explained that I cannot wear one they did not care! Very rude! I tried to wear it and had to keep moving it down to breath. They didn't care! I got out of there as fast as I could. Have not gone back since!
