Kerby's Koney Island

Having had the pleasure of visiting here on multiple occasions across a long span of time, I can say consistency is key, and that word is etched into the walls of this fine establishment, serving as one of its main ethos's.

You can visit at anytime of day, and get exactly what you ordered, how you ordered it, with rarely a deviation, and in a time of constant change, a bit of stability in your dining experience can mean the absolute world.

The service is impeccable, with the waitstaff always aware when you would like to order, when the food is ready, and when you need a refill among other things.

If you're looking for an all-around fantastic American-style dining experience and are in the area, why not visit and see for yourself.

Gyro was burnt, sago was to be an app served 1 minute before meal. Can’t even give you a straw with our coke.

Food tasted very cheap and bland. Burger was paper thin and gross. They charged $4.25 for a small plate of curly fries. Won’t be going back again.

Waitress brought out food in batches and she never brought out toast that went with order, even after asking for it. We also asked for waters which we had to ask for twice to finally get. Waitress never checked in on meal but had tons of time to stand around talking to coworkers. Coffee wasn't refilled. Terrible dining experience, will not be returning. The bathrooms were also dirty.

Food is pretty good for Coney items. Watched a server drop coffee down her legs and was back working in 15 minutes, respectable. Owner was kind and all the waitstaff was attentive.

We came in within 30 minutes of close and they were very accommodating

Went here with my family to eat lunch. I had a hamburger, fries and strawberry lemonade. Food was hot, fresh, tasted good. Our server was friendly and attentive. The place was clean and the value for the money is excellent. I'll visit again next time I'm on that side of town.
