Awful pharmacy department with extremely rude employees. They give a time when your prescription is ready…the employees, specifically Amanda, continuously have an attitude when I arrive at the time THEY provide only to find my prescriptions are not indeed ready. Miserable person all around.

Kroger expects the customers to wear masks and I saw 2 Kroger employees tonight with out masks and the cashier wasn’t wearing hers correctly!!

I was in this store this morning at 9 am. I counted no less than 10-12 employees without masks. Not hiding them around their necks, just not wearing them. Specifically, the click list employees at the entrance and the stockers in the aisles. There was a manager present, walking the store. Absolutely makes ZERO sense to me! On a positive note, this was the first time I have seen all the customers wearing masks.

The store at 65 S. Livernois in Rochester Hills, MI is abysmally lax enforcing mask wearing by employees working in public areas. By orders of the Governor they should also be requiring ALL patrons to wear masks. Enforcement is non-existent. Management is lazy, and from the response I got from the woman at the customer service desk who clearly observed employee non-compliance I can only conclude Management simply doesn't care.

Excellent staff, clean and well managed bottle return station. I’ve been shopping at this Kroger for 44 years, since I was 9. Can you please bring back the Kroger strawberry pudding and Golden Grain macaroni and cheese. I love that your employees are well treated and you hired the disabled.
I won’t shop here anymore until there are lights in the parking lot. It’s unacceptable! Dr. Ron Fried.. get your act together!!!

The pharmacy Dept is a train wreck. Not sure why it takes days to fill one Rx, consistently. Was also forced to pay out of pocket and when my insurance company contacted me with a number for the pharmacist to call to override the lack of coverage, (which was a temporary issue)so I could be reimbursed the $100 I was out, the pharmacist took too long (weeks, if he even called at all) so the override and reimbursement time frame had expired. So currently trying to find a competent pharmacy. Plus quite a few of the cashiers working in the pharmacy are quite rude and dismissive. Very disturbing behavior. Not happy with the lack of customer service at all.

Just a rant....I just came from grocery shopping. Planning dinners for the week, I decided to make ribs tomorrow. I picked up one package of seasoned ribs that was labeled as weighing 4.74 lbs. It didn't feel like it weighed that much, so I took it to the produce department and weighed it on the scale there - the weight showed as just under three pounds. I took it back to the meat department and asked the employee at the meat service counter to weigh it....the weight came up
