I’ve never had a bad meal at any one of their many restaurants. We celebrated my daughter and her graduation this evening with dinner at the Deer Lake Inn. Everything we had was great and the server we had was superb, great food and service. The entire menu is good, you can’t go wrong.
Went it for carry out ! Person who waited on me was very curt ! I asked for a menu said they did away with paper menus but had the restaurant menus did not offer me one so I ordered a salad and bread asked if he was having a good day said yes I said oh your very curt! I’ve been going there for many years first time I felt unwelcome! I should have just left but I was craving the bread will think twice before I go back! Very disappointed

My asparagus was terrible. Very small and puney, but the manager fixed it. I'm not sure how it even left the kitchen. But the stalks should be bigger, greener.
Are waitresses was probably having a bad day. Hardly smiled.
The fish was great and mac and cheese.
Probably try going there again next year. Hope everything will be better. :/

Limited food and especially drink options. A bar with no tequila? Service was good, but I think they are riding on the Kruse and Muer past reputation. Very busy pizza carry out business. Not impressed for the prices charged.

I would literally just come back for the gazpacho - it's THAT delightful! I loved the ambiance & their selection of food. All fun flavors made sense. Looking forward to our return

Good food, mostly consistent. The tables are painfully cramped at this location and consider that you’ll be elbow to elbow even if you reserve a table for your party.

Went back for our 23rd anniversary. Since this was our first date. Waitress didn't really care. The chicken was overcooked. Very underwhelming. This was our favorite place when we lived in Michigan. Too bad. The bread was still really good.

They messed up a carry out order on09/02/24, which is ok accidents happen. But first they tried to blame it on me. Then they stated they would refund me took down my information and never refunded me. I called back a few times and manager never got on the phone and had staff take my number down and said they’d call me back, which they never did.
It's one of my favorite restaurants. Quick service, great atmosphere. Mouthwatering food. Friendly staff. There is plenty of free parking, though small restrooms with capacity for one person at the time. The menu is interesting and delicious. During my last visit, I tried their peach sangria, and it was magnificent.

Was good but I expected something more for the price. Not a huge gap in expectations

Great food and great atmosphere but our server Brett made the entire night great. He was the best. If I lived local, I’d definitely frequent this place.

The server was very pleasant but seemed overbooked in her section. Never came back to ask if we wanted another cocktail, or to check on how the food was. The atmosphere was noisy. The bar only had one type of vodka and no tonic for a gin and tonic! Disappointing as we has eaten at other restaurants in the chain.

The fresh-baked bread and gazpacho alone are worth the trip!

If you like dining with flies then be sure to go. This was inside. The server said they can't do anything because the door keeps opening. ?
