I doordashed food from here, i normally love coney island food. this food was absolutely gross, my fries were absolutely gross, and definitely a very small amount of fries for 5 dollars.. i ate one fry and the rest went in the trash because they we’re disgusting, the chicken delight wasnt bad but definitely wasnt good, the ranch tasted funky definitely wasted my money ordering food from here tonight and im very disappointed. The fries also had absolutely no seasoning and they were the soggiest fries ive ever had in my life

We got door dash and the food was very cold and soggy, no plastic wear, condiments or napkins and when I called the girl was very rude and asked me to take it up with door dash. This disgusting behavior when you don’t want to take any accountability whatsoever on your part but put the blame on door dash. We trashed our food however and will never come back. Complete waste of money!

The past two weeks it has significantly gone down hill. We order carry out for our employees almost every Friday. Last week they threw the ranch in for 2 chicken dinners and spilled out covering the entire inside of the box. The lids on the red sauce in the rice had completely melted and the sauce was everywhere. I do not utilize either sauce so to have them completely over everything was disappointing. They didn't give us the soup we ordered. The toast in one of the orders was hard as a rock. They didn't include the chicken ordered on a salad. Today I placed an order for 2 chicken dinners with rice and asked that they do not included any sauces in it. Of course they did and the red sauce had melted lids again and was everywhere. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes from my pick up time while people came in placing orders at the counter and got theirs before me when I called an hour ahead. I feel like once Lindsay stopped working on Fridays everything went to crap. I see new faces every time I go in now and no one seems to know what is going on. Bring Lindsay back on Fridays or get competent people like her!! We've been ordering for years and it was never wrong when Lindsay packed it. Might have to find a new place for our Friday lunches.

Absolute crap lemon rice soup. Luke warm, No chicken, light on rice, With a raw cornstarch Flavor lingering. Which means they stretched whatever soup they had left With water and a cornstarch slurry to fit a quart to sell to me. Also I ordered 2 quarts and they only had one sent which further reinforces my thought that they Watered it down. Just cancel the order next time.
