This location used to be so much better. It has really gone down hill ever since they remodeled awhile back. Service is not always great. The portal isn't always operational, which is a pain waiting in line as you watch your pizza getting cold behind the counter. Not sure if there is new ownership, but definitely not the same. Sad.

20 minutes for a hot n ready with no one in the store. This store is an absolute joke. How does it take 20-30 minutes for a hot n ready. 5 guys in the back doing absolutely nothing.

Whoever owns this location must not care at all. You can get your food at sit down restaurant faster. Apparently they don’t care. All of the reviews are the same. Customers complaint for the same thing. Takes an hour to get a pizza, and it’s not cooked. Support another business that cares and not this.

This is a much delayed post. My family orders from this location and never had an issue until the last time. We ordered (unknowingly)on a football game night. I fully understand and expected delays but the reality was just mind boggling dumb. They had plenty of staff making pizzas, but literally NO ONE handing them out. Finally a lady who had been waiting an hour spoke up and one by one we lined up to ask the staff whenever one would get close to the front counter for our orders. My pizzas were done only 5 minutes later than the projected time. They had been sitting in the pile for over 45 minutes, were obviously no longer even like warm at this point, and missing my breadsticks. All because the employees didn’t have the forethought to have some of their staff passing out orders to the crowd of probably 25 people waiting for their food. Absolutely ridiculous. And to add insult to injury none of the staff members apologized or even looked one bit sorry for the unnecessary delay.

Did they get new management at this location? The pizza & Bread stick have been really good. The timing and service has been lacking. Placed an order in App 6:37wait time 7:09-7:14(Sat Nigh no biggie) arrive to pick up pizza 7:11, lot is full, 3 names on the portal mine not one of them. I go to Busch's to grab some pop. 7:22 I get the email my pizza is ready but can't put in portal. Back to pick, portal is empty. When my turn I step to the counter to get my order, it's nowhere to be found. 2 guys working on pulling pizzas and packing them up, bags of bread sticks all over the back counter. I'm told my breadsticks are not ready and it's going to be 5 or more minutes. Ok, I sit & wait. What Chaos, someone needs to get this place under control or they will lose business. I was patient but not many others will be!

I had a fantastic experience at Little Caesars thanks to Makai! They were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Even during a busy time, Makai handled everything with a great attitude and made sure my order was perfect. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted with such great customer service. Employees like Makai make all the difference—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Something happens to this location. They don’t have any of my orders ready on time the last 3 times I went there. The staff looks lukewarm they are working fast but pretty much everyone’s order is late. They also stopped using the pick up oven with the code you get on the app. What a disappointment. This used to be the only little Caesars location we go to in southeast Michigan. Definitely not coming back here unless they fix the efficiency.

Pick up your phones!!! I call to place an order and no one answers. Then the line gets connected to their call center in India. Ordering a pizza shouldn't be this difficult. I'm never ordering Little Caesars again. Pathetic.

Came here to get pizza for my kids came at 7:05 it's not 7:40! Still don't have my pizza just ordered two hot and readys and a bread stick really don't have time to sit and wait for 40 to 50 mins for pizza very unsatisfied with this location never will return again

No gloves while packing pizza. They mess up the Online orders. Not using clean cutters.Unfortunate to see worst customer service.

This location uses an overseas call center to take orders. Multiple times they got my order wrong. The Little Caesar's at 24 mile and Shelby Rd. still answers the phone in store. Will be going there from now on.

I really wish i lived next to a different location. They never have pizzas ready so i don’t know why they still show “hot n ready”. After they remodeled the inside they went from decent to terrible

Hands down worst chain I’ve been to for little ceasers. The food is never ready when it’s supposed to be. I’ve waited well over a hour past the time given for pickup for one deep dish before, and today I had a similar issue where the food wasn’t out on time. They’ve had months to sort out their staffing, oven, or whatever issue they have. They just don’t care.
