My Dad and I have been a patron of this pizza location since we moved here in 2016. This unfortunately will be the last time we get pizza from this location. I got some hot and ready pizza from this location and discovered a huge hair in my pizza in a slice of it. It wasn’t mine. However none of the employees were wearing hairnets or anything to protect their hair from getting into the meal. All food establishments are required to wear a hairnet. All of the pizza places and restaurants that I have gone to have worn them. I don’t know if it’s new management but it’s the last time I will go there. If anyone else has this experience please post this because this is awful. I wish nothing but bad things for this location in the future. I’m being generous with the three stars from the 2016-2023 service. Goodbye from Joshua and David and Gizmo. You will not be missed.

Staff rollover is often and can't say customer service is high on the list. Staff speak to you like you're interrupting their day. Learning how to say "may I help you?" Would be a good start and "have a good one" with zero smiles is ridiculous. Food is ok/good 70% of the time.

Got half classic and half vegetables it was good just a little over cooked, but they give me plain breadsticks no butter or Parmesan cheese on it!

This was by far the worst treatment I have ever received from a restaurant and a General Manager of a restaurant and her employees EVER in my life!!!!! The GM, Danielle Kowolski was beyond rude and unprofessional, even the other customers were shocked at her actions and the actions of the employees there that she allowed, and the customers voiced that!!! Luckily I got my food first before this rude encounter because I definitely would not have trusted my food there if I had received it after. The discrepancy started when I accidentally tapped my phone on the tip screen when trying to place my phone for Apple Pay. My order was already $42.91, and I am so glad that I did not leave this rude an unprofessional staff any tip, which could have been the reason for their beyond foul behavior. My phone accidentally tapped for like a $10 tip that I did not want to do, so when I let the cashier know who said her name is Amelia, know that I didn’t mean to press that my phone accidentally hit that, that when her and her manager began to show out!!! Maybe already angry because it was late in their shift and working there around Christmas. Needless to say, no excuse for their unprofessional attitudes and lack of customer service they both displayed. The GM literally started yelling at me from behind the counter when I brought it to her attention that the first amount had already been taken off my card and she wanted me to swipe my card again for the correct amount, which would have been almost $100 coming off my card, paying for the same order twice. I was talking to her in an indoor tone and she just kept yelling at me, “that’s not our problem, we cancelled it on our end so…” her entire conversation was angry and rude, and I asked her why is she being so rude and that’s when she really started yelling, and then she allowed the other workers to speak to me rudely as well, “telling me to just get out” and “hurry up and leave” then when the transaction finally cancelled on my card, I paid my balance and will never come there again. I asked the GM Danielle for the number to corporate and she yelled “I don’t care, call corporate! I will just speak with my supervisor!!” I said may I have your supervisors name please and she yelled at me again, “No, I’m not giving it to you!” Then I told her Merry Christmas on my way out the door and her and now more of her workers gathered at the front desk and started yelling foul language at me and yelling for me to “get out!! Don’t come back!!” Which was all very pointless because I was already leaving out the store. They were all very rude, angry, childish, and displayed poor self control and customer service, and I am making a written complaint to the corporate offices and may take this further as well. This is not the way you treat paying customers, no matter how frustrated you are.

I used to be a jets guy, but over the past few years thier pizza declined in taste. I've decide to give little Ceasars a try. And little Ceasars pizza is better and half the price!
Good but not great pizza, but less expensive than most. Good choice of other foods like cheese sticks, salads, chicken wings.

Very clean store, actually the cashier was moping at the time! I ordered 15 mins before close, and the cashier was so kind, helpful, and courteous, honestly. Since covid, so many people work with attitudes now. Not him. He was very kind and even opened the door for me! The food was awesome, hot, fresh, well seasoned for the cheese bread, and pizza was so good. I was so happy that a little Caesars was close to my apartment and even happier that they offered such phenomenal service and being super clean! Thank you!
