I recently visited Lucky Steak House, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The service was severely lacking, beginning with an oblivious owner and an absent server who continuously deflected blame onto the kitchen or bar for the delays. We waited so long that nearby tables had already finished their meals before we even got to place our order. My espresso martini was a disaster, tasting like salt not just once but twice. When our food finally arrived, it was cold; even sending back my meal only resulted in the marshmallows on my sweet potato melting while everything else, including my prime rib, remained cold. When I approached a woman who identified herself as the owner, she seemed completely unaware and indifferent to the ongoing issues. This encounter highlighted how detrimental detached ownership can be, as hands-on management often makes for a much better dining experience.

If I could give this place 10 star review I would. Five stars isn't enough! Everything was amazingly perfect! The young man waiting on us did an excellent job and was very polite. Not sure of the name but he was young, tall and dark headed. The food was out of this world indeed. I had the stuffed grouper I think it was with broccoli and potato soup. This fish was melt in ur mouth with a creamy sauce. I never eat all my food but tonight was different. I cleaned my plate for sure. My husband got the Ribeye which was cooked to perfection. He tried the French onion soup and it did not disappoint! This place is a Must try and if you don't it your own fault!

Always have a great meal at Lucky's. Wedge salad, NY strip med-rare, brussels sprouts. Always excellent food, service usually good as well. Prices are amazing for the quality of the food. Wine selection is limited but good, and wine prices are very good for a restaurant - very close to what the same bottles would cost in a wine store, so not the usual restaurant markup. Pricing for steaks/prime rib is excellent - a NY strip, salad & side is 23 bucks. Go for the dinners. A sandwich with fries plus a side salad will cost as much or more than a steak dinner.

Bad service. Came to the restaurant around 1:15pm. The place was not full as we were seated right away. We waited for the server to at least introduce herself/himself but nobody came. We waited for 15 minutes for some kind introduction but nobody did. We watched while everyone around us was seated and approached right away by a server but no one approached us. Is the server assigned to us a racist for Asian brown people? Must be…we waited for a few more minutes and decided to just leave coz obviously the server/s who is assigned to us is taking their sweet time and is a RACIST. One server even turned her back on us when we were trying to catch their attention /ask for assistance. If they’re trying to cater to a specific color-coded customers, they did the job perfectly. We went to KRUSE AND MUER instead. Had excellent experience and their food is way better than LUCKY’S PRIME TIME.

Never Again -- will we waste our time coming to this establishment. Good luck making it past the rude door greeter who will not seat you at a table of 6 even though no other guests are waiting for a table! My daughter was running a few minutes late, but we were not allowed to sit down even though there were 5 of us there, the hostess laughed and was amused to tell us the policy is that all 6 of us needed to be there at the same time, even if other guests are not waiting, we were unable to sit and order drinks!!!! Don't waste your time here!!!

I really enjoyed Lucky's Prime Time restaurant. Even though it was busy, we were sat quickly. The combo appetizer with the ribs and chicken tenders was surprisingly delicious. The stuffed grouper and the porterhouse steak were outstanding. Our server, Melvin, was attentive, professional, and wonderfully personable. For these reasons, we're adding Lucky's to our favorites list!

Went here with my wife because we were in the area. Normally we go to Lucky's in Imlay city. It was pretty empty when we went in, but around 1PM - 2PM that's to be expected. My wife got a Caesar salad with her meal. The salad was soggy as if it sat in a fridge all night. I am not a picky eater, but even I struggled with this. The food was ok at best. My wife's steak was mostly fat. My food was meh, but I usually give a place more than one chance. When our food came, the waitress took the salad without asking if my wife was finished or how it was. We didn't see her much after that. I only drink water, and the one thing I can't stand is waiting for my water to be refilled, and it wasn't refilled until we were finished eating. I rarely tip under 25%, and this is one of the only times we left 15%. I 'll stick to the other Lucky's from now on.

Old fashion drink was not good. Ordered few appetizers (fire cracker shrimp, Cajun steak bites and pizza for kids). None tasted good. Staff was very friendly and the place was very busy.

Great food, as usual at Lucky’s Prime. In ordered the 7oz filet, au gratin potatoes and a Caesar salad. All of my food was great server greeted us quickly and food was served quickly as well. The weight wasn’t so bad for a Friday night 30 minutes for a party of two. I love this restaurant because you never have to worry about getting a bad meal. My one complaint is the A1 sauce. I’m not sure what they are serving in place of A1, but it isn’t good. lol I guess that’s why you should eat your steak with the zip sauce only!

My husband, and our family have been going here for years. Their food is amazing, whether it’s burgers, sandwiches, prime rib, even the kids meals! I am never disappointed. We typically grab a carry out and even still the food is always amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough!
