I recently visited this McDonald's location, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to poor service. From the moment I walked in, it felt as though the staff were overwhelmed and unorganized.
First, I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone acknowledged me, despite multiple employees walking past without so much as a greeting. When I finally placed my order, the cashier seemed uninterested and rushed, giving minimal attention to what I was saying. I asked for my meal with no pickles, yet when my order arrived (after an unusually long wait), it was incorrect.
When I politely asked for my order to be corrected, the staff's attitude was dismissive, and it took even longer to receive the right food. No apology was offered, and I felt as though my concerns were brushed off. To make matters worse, the dining area was cluttered with trash on several tables, and no one seemed to be actively cleaning up despite the visible mess.
I understand that fast-food environments can be busy, but this level of disorganization and lack of customer care was unacceptable. I hope the management takes note and works to improve staff training, communication, and overall customer service. With some improvements, this location could offer a much better experience for its patrons.

We enjoyed our quick snack from McDonald's. I was disappointed they no longer have the grilled chicken sandwich and how much the price of food has gone up. The food we ate was tasty, the service and atmosphere were very nice. Corporate decisions are not their fault!
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options and low calorie items were almost nil.
Kid-friendliness: This location has a clen play area for families

refused to give me a receipt when I paid, said the printer is down. Then proceeded to miss items in my order. When I brought the food back they asked for a receipt. I explained they couldn’t provide one in the drive through. They refused to rectify the mistakes on my order.

Horrible food, property not plowed after snow storm. Prime location and no concern for customers or employees...plowed the damn snow
I stopped at McDonald’s for a quick lunch bite. I ate half of my nuggets due to being hungry and in a rush when I noticed the batch was undercooked. It is sad that with the current outbreaks in this area this place is not taking their food safety protocols seriously. I hope I don’t get sick!
