Im 65 and i have never seen a McDonalds that doesn't have milkshakes. Every time I stop at this location over the past 3 to 4 years they dont have milkshakes. I tried again today and they do have milkshakes!. Just no chocolate milkshakes. What a joke this place is

Its just pathetic that they wanted to charge me for a packet of mayo after i just bought a meal from them. Whats next? Going to start charging for packets of salt? Ridiculous and pathetic...

I love McDonald's for a treat once in awhile. I especially love their milkshakes.

I used the drive thru on my way to work. Just ordered two sausage burritos. It was a little after 6am. At the time that I ordered, there was only one other car in front of me and they were about to receive their food. I was patient, never yelled or got upset. And I figured if I had to wait it was probably a one-man show inside. When the young man got on the mic to start my order he said, “K, wha do ya want?” I don’t need a warm, fancy greeting because it’s early in the morning, and he may be tired, but try to be professional. When I told him what I wanted, he was very rude and cut me off and then I clarified. Once I was finished he said, “K-pull up.” Like while taking my order he was talking to me like I was a hassle and an inconvenience. When he gave me back my card it was almost shoved in my hand. Again by that time there was one car behind me, and two cars had pulled into parking spots and one coworker looked like they were on break but eventually going back inside. I didn’t get a receipt but I’ll be looking to see if he charged me correctly for the buy one, get one for $1. If I do get McDonald’s before work in the morning, I normally go to this location because it’s normally pretty quick going through and not a whole lot of cars so I know I can get in and out. And again I wasn’t upset or mad because I figure people inside are probably tired and for the time being it was a one-man show. But I don’t like being treated like a hassle or inconvenience. Pretty unprofessional.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this McDonald’s.

My child was sitting in our Tesla, enjoying his meal while playing a game. The store doesn’t offer any place where kids can eat and play comfortably, so we chose to let him eat in the car. After he finished his Coke, we simply walked back into the restaurant to get a refill — something that’s always been allowed as long as you’re a paying customer.

The place was completely empty, not a single customer in sight. Yet, the staff member immediately stopped us and accused us of trying to get a free drink without paying. Seriously? I calmly explained, gave him our order number and time, and even pointed out that we had just been there a few minutes ago.

But instead of showing any basic courtesy or common sense, he gave us a dirty look and said, “You already left the store, so no refill.”

I was shocked. I came back in with my own cup, after just buying food and drinks, and was treated like some low-life trying to scam a free Coke. I drive a Tesla, for God’s sake — and this guy is acting like I snuck in from the parking lot to steal soda? Unbelievable.

It’s not about the Coke — it’s about being treated with zero respect, like I was beneath them. The arrogance and attitude of the staff were disgusting. Enforcing a policy is one thing, but treating a paying customer like a thief? That crosses the line.

This is what happens when people are given a little bit of power and no training in customer service. If this is how this location treats its customers, especially families with kids, then they can keep their Coke. We won’t be coming back. Ever.

This is the best McDonald's for miles in any direction. Won't go to any other one, there's 2 close to my house but I Always drive the extra 10 minutes to come here, it's always busy and there's a reason for that 😋😎

They used to be really good. Now all of the workers are rude Hispanics. They mess up a lot of orders and suck at communicating.

Can't order. App doesn't work, nobody speaks English, and order screen software is configured to the wrong peripherals
