Hands down the best McDonald's I've ever been to. It's always clean and inviting. The GM and staff are always nice and professional with great service. I would go past any other McDonald's for this one.

The quality has dropped off in the last year. We have been coming to this McDonald’s for 8 years and the last year or so, the food is ALWAYS lukewarm at best. And the fries are always cold and greasy and gross. I am BEGGING you to fry them a couple mins longer!!!!
I usually never have any problems with this location, but two visits in a row were really bad. The first incident was that I didn't get a large fry with my order. This wasn't too bad, but it was when I returned to have my order redone is when the window cashiers kept questioning my claims, even though I had the voice message from the person who wanted to help me on hand. The second incident is when I simply stopped by for some drinks. They gave me a tea that was overflowing and leaked everywhere. They also gave me a milkshake that wasn't even filled up, and when I asked about it, the cashier gentlemen just filled it up with a lot of whipped cream.

Ask for pure honey on a meal received honey mustard. Got home and was told come get honey and "no honey mustard" when explaining in now 15 minutes away I was told "come back another time we get you honey" so what is happening? They only spoke Chinese to each other when I was going through the drive through. Disgrace

My niece and her cousins ordered food at the kiosk today and picked several sauces. An employee came from the back and told them they couldn't get more than 3 sauces. The man was rude and yelling at them. He said the kiosks don’t charge. First, this employee shouldnt treat people that way and second the kiosks should be programmed to charge accordingly. Irregardless of age, you don"t speak to paying customers that way.

I go to McD's for breakfast several times a week. A year ago I started going to this Rochester Hills McD and it quickly became my favorite location. The Manager and Crew all work together to provide excellent, quick, friendly service. The dining area is always neat and clean and the background music is pleasant and not overly loud. The Store Manager Vikki is always there when I go in the morning. I usually go inside to order and I see how hard Vikki and all the other employees work! IMO Vikki is an outstanding manager who fosters fast friendly service! Her work ethic, multitasking skills, and quality customer service skills are impressive! I see mostly the same employees in the morning and they all provide fast friendly service as well. I highly recommend this Auburn Rd McD's for breakfast (or lunch)!

Ill never understand why breakfast ends at 1030 like who wants chicken nuggets at 1030 am gross. Plus how hard is it to microwave a burrito or deepfry a hash brown past that time, kinda ridiculous.
