I've only been through the drive-through so I can't say anything for the atmosphere. But I've been here plenty of times and have never been disappointed. They are fast, nice, and the food is good everytime. And my order is always right! It's so rare you get a fast food place like this. Keep rocking it crew!

I did an Uber Eats Delivery with this Mcdonald’s location, unfortunately they forgot my sauces.. in both meals. But thats not it, gave the 2 REGULAR COKES i have ordered a cherry coke and a diet coke.. i didint order those type of cokes, and ALSO forgot my smores hershey mcflurry. messed up 3 times in my order. will not be ordering from this location further on.

Drive thru would not listen to my order and when asked if screen was correct we told them no, and they still didn't listen. We went to the next window and they fixed the upcharge. I got my receipt and realized the drive thru still messed up our order and had to speak to the next person and have them fix the order. The fries were old and soggy, the burgers except for the remade one was old and room temp. The chicken nuggets were old. The remade mcdouble was amazing that they messed up on that they ignored me on at the drive thru speaker, tasted like nostalgia! They need to check their sweet and sour sauce though it was rank, and I live off of that, try it on a plain McChicken it's delicious.

This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s in Rochester. The same girl started yelling at us again just because I don’t speak perfect English. The first time it happened, I didn’t make a complaint because I thought maybe I was the problem. But now I realize it’s not me — it’s her attitude.
Yes, I speak English — not fluently, but well enough. Everywhere else, people understand me just fine. I go to other places, even other McDonald’s, and never have issues. But this girl treats people badly, and it’s clear I’m not welcome there.
I always go with my daughter, happy and in a good mood, but I leave this place feeling small and humiliated. I won’t go back. It’s disrespectful, unprofessional, and hurtful. I’m leaving this review so others know, and I truly hope management pays attention. No one deserves to be treated like that.

Excellent friendly service. Food was spot on and tasty. The lobby/dining area was spotless, fresh flowers on the tables. No visible trash in the parking lot. One of the best McD's I've been to in ages.

I’ve been today and the lady who’s got my order was the shift manager in the charge but really she cannot understand the basic English.( I asked the guy in the window for her name, and her name was Brandy )It’s terrible how you can put in that position one person who’s not able to talk the basic English.Monday 09.06.25 around 7pm. I asked for the white milk and I asked her if it’s 2% fat and she said we don’t have.And then I find out they have that white milk but she didn’t understand me.
