Will absolutely never come here again, disgusting people and complete trash. Tried this place twice and the first time the order was missing half the food, the second time it took 30 minutes to come out and everyone was insanely rude. Not just the woman at the register but the whole line staff literally came up to the register like they were a gang to tell me how "busy they were and couldn't go any faster". They were kicking brooms around all the food and touching gross things with their food gloves on and then making orders after without changing the gloves. Worst Mcdonald's experience I've had in 40 years, this place should be shut down. Nasty little people working here.

Employee working the drive-thru took much longer than I’ve ever experienced to take and correct our order for 3 people (2 were happy meals). They charged me for the wrong order. They overcooked the chicken nuggets, and the fries were both old and cold. Also didn’t get a receipt. Last time they forgot the sauce for the chicken nuggets. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Not going to be returning to this location.

Apparently we are only filling shamrock shakes 2/3 of the way full with a hint of the shamrock flavoring...not to mention I saw an individual handling her phone with food gloves on saying she has 'the rizz'...I usually go here every once in a while but probably gonna make the longer drive to the one by Rochester road in the future...

The drive thru speaker #1 is so low, you can barely hear the attendant.
Mixed up our order with the car infront of us. What’s the point in pulling up to wait, just to have the order mixed up?
Can’t order a cheeseburger happy meal, only hamburger.
Can’t order the Angel Reese branded BBQ QPC Meal but they give you branded cups when you order the regular large QPC meal. Why?
The app lets you order pies that they don’t have. Atleast they substituted them with cookies. That was redeeming.

Let me do another review, last review was 4 month ago, came here again today and the same piss poor attitudes and work ethic. Stood at the counter waiting 4 (2)orders and 5 min later I get responded too. Here are the losers..pictures added
Took them nearly 45 minutes to make a simple order when I was the only customer in the store with 5+ employees back there.
3 of them never looked up from their phones the whole 45 mins I stood there waiting.
I have never seen employees of any food establishment flat-out ignore customers than this place. And it happens every single time you come in the store.
