This has been our go to, even though I have seen the decline in cleanliness and service, today was just over the top. There wasn’t many people in the restaurant at all, the tables were filthy. The floor was filthy. Napkin holder was disgusting, even the plastic silverware, even though it was individually wrapped it was sticky and gross. My daughter tells me after that she found a hair in her salad, but she didn’t wanna say anything. We tend to like mod, but unless they can clean up their act to speak, I think we’re gonna opt for something else. It’s just disgusting. When the most disgusting and dirty rest stop restaurant is cleaner than our experience today it’s time to find a different pizza place

I’ve been here a few times never had any issues. Tonight pizza makers were okay. The cook was terrible! He spilled a lot of my toppings in the oven and said nothing. When I let them know I noticed he and the young lady act as if it was no big deal. Oh it’s just some off the side they said. They asked if I wanted them to take it out and put more on. Why is that even a question when the motto is to take the time to create your pizza only to have it spilled in the oven. Then on top of that the bottom of the pizza was burnt. Wow !!!! Probably won’t be back! Wish I could upload pics burnt!

This is the greatest place in all the land! My life is better with this MOD pizza in it. The staff is 10/10, every time, and please believe me when I say, we are super picky, we are all different and we are almost always beyond hungry. Thank you for always taking such good care of my kids and I! If you have picky eaters, any food allergies, if you are starving and need an easy app to order on your phone before you lose your mind, go! Go now! 😀

A good majority of MOD Pizzas in Michigan have closed over the past month. They are all owned by a Franchising Operator. This location is certainly not the busiest one I've been to. If you have ever been curious to try MOD Pizza, now is the time before they might all be gone. They have been closing them in Michigan day by day now. MOD Pizza has been one of my favorite local pizza places and I will be sad to see it gone!
