The staff at this location are truly incredible with top notch service! Unfortunately, my online order was missing a few items once I returned home. I called the location and spoke to the manager in hopes of obtaining a refund for my missing items. The manager acknowledged the mistake, apologized and went above and beyond by refunding my entire order which was absolutely not necessary but greatly appreciated. Had a terrible experience here with another manager but Jackie stepped in and made it right. Although we won’t be visiting this location anytime soon due to how my fiancé and I were treated. I do want to thank Jackie for going above and beyond.

A nice Noodles & Company serving the Rochester and OU area.We came for a quick dinner while doing some shopping at the local boutiques.The staff were very polite and helpful with the menu.We had the Rosa noodles with zucchini noodles and leanguini alfresco. Both were good and very light which was nice.
