Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We went there during Ramadan. We were fasting and so hungry. We didn’t have a reservation. They made us wait 15 minutes at the door when they had available seats then we were seated by the bar. I told the server that we prefer not to sit by the bar and she said that we have to wait at least another 15 minutes for a different table. People were so load and we didn’t feel comfortable at all. I ordered a seafood pasta and the order was wrong. The plate she brought only had shrimp pasta not seafood and the utensils were dirty. I started to feel nauseous and couldn’t swallow the food. I had to use the bathroom multiple times to throw up and then left the restaurant and waited for my husband to finish his food outside. The whole experience was disappointing and disgusting. I couldn’t mention anything to the server because I wanted my husband to enjoy the food he ordered.

Dietary restrictions: Muslim people should not be seated by the bar.

This isn’t a typical location for us, so when my husband came home and we were missing the soups for our order it wasn’t worth driving back. I was frustrated in the moment bc paying over $20 per person and missing an item that isn’t worth driving the distance back for is no fun (and left me a little hangry). BUT, after submitting my survey feedback they were able to rectify the situation and I really appreciated that. I will be making sure in future orders we double check before leaving, but appreciated the quick response from their team!

Extremely busy on a Thursday night at 830pm. Ran out of chicken gnocchi. Waitress wasn't the best, didn't refill drinks, had to wait a while for breadsticks but the food was decent.

Absolutely bad quality. Meat flaky and hard. Requested CC refund. Never got one.☹

The food was good and hot. The service was fast. I don't think they dust this place. There are cobwebs on the light fixtures above the tables. Obvious cobwebs and dust on the faux plants. I was there 2 months ago and brought it to the managers attention....same cobwebs are still there.

I would give no stars but I can’t, I called to place a order, the person I talked to was rude I repeated my name twice and they still got it wrong, the soup (chicken nookie),we order was literally water, we could drink it, the manager said that’s how they were serving the soup for today, the manger never asked if we wanted a refund. We will not be coming back to this location again

No reservations, no problem. We had wine at the bar and only waited 15 minutes for a table. My eggplant parm was great! Everyone enjoyed their food. Dining included young patrons, which can be a bit louder than intimate.

Went for early lunch at 11am. Had soup and salad, bread sticks. Ordered chicken gnocchi soup. When asked if I would like another bowl of soup, I was told they were already out of chicken gnocchi. Seriously, at 11.30 am. Anyway, I chose minestrone instead. Was very delicious although wasn't what I wanted. I wasn't busy so I don't understand why they were already out of the soup. Was going to give 3 stars however food was good, and service was good. Waitress wasn't exactly friendly, very matter of fact, but she was efficient. Hence the 4 stars.
