Heather was so helpful with my online order, which mistakenly had the incorrect delivery address. After a few calls and no help from Door Dash, Heather remade my order and threw in a cookie! She was so helpful and nice! We will be back!

10 minutes past pick up time waiting for someone who placed their order at drive thru. They could have brought it out to me or had the car in front of me pull ahead so I can pick up my food on time. Not impressed first and last time. Too expensive and poor service is not worth it. Don't waste your time oh wait they already do!! I think I also learned my lesson I'm never pre tipping again when placing my order for a simple drive thru pick up order. Other reasons are having me contact Panera customer service headquarters

Ordered a large coffee to go, their lids were not properly fitting (happens sometimes I guess), ended up spilling the hot coffee all over myself and burned my right leg. When I asked the 2 staff members for a towel as I was trying to pull my pants away from my skin, neither of them spoke one word! The male simply handed me a new cup, and the female walked away. I looked around for something while other customers asked if i was okay, and ended up grabbing a bunch of napkins to try to remove as much of the hot coffee from my pants. Incredibly disappointed with this interaction. I work in the service industry and know sometimes the lids to portion cups and drinking cups aren't always properly manufactured. I ask to train your staff a bit better, and maybe test new boxes being opened of lids to ensure they fit to avoid someone else getting burned pretty badly!!!!!

Update: Lied about refunding! Thieves! Had to work with credit card company to strike the bill.
Absolute garbage notification system, had to wait 5 mins after a “order ready” text to go up to the counter and ask. Only to then be told that there is no order and it’s been cancelled. Basic courtesy is to let the customer know, so they can stop wasting their time waiting. Total joke service. No apologies, no explanation as to why they kept me waiting.

I'm in the Sip Club so I go there every day for a Diet Pepsi. The people working there are super nice and it's always clean and smells great. Love me some Panera. Food is really good too. Sandwiches and salads are great

Quality bakery items and great food menu as well. A little on the pricy side and portions seem to shrink every year. Sip Club when discounted (I usually pay about $3 a month) is an amazing deal!
I’ve come to this Panera a lot, but recently they have been lacking. When I order two things my order takes forever. The employees look disorganized and are not friendly, especially the general manager, she is the slowest at getting the bags together. I get it’s busy sometimes but they should be treating customers with respect and being kind. I will be going to another location from now on.

On most days this place has consistently good food. However, I gave them a 1 star for the worst Tuna sandwich in history. One bite cured me from ever eating Tuna again. One big bite and all I tasted was spoiled rotten fish. I tossed the sandwich along with my guts. Never ever again.
