Food industry workers need to understand. There is no customer appreciation. At the end of the day it's kind, caring , hardworking Americans like us who support businesses. It's just the lights at their home stay on because of someone like me. So your welcome panera bread employees. I paid for this. Meaning I didn't come up there with out having to work. Over the years, Panera has grown on me. I love the food here and the service is not so bad. This location has a drive through and self service kiosks for orders.
I've done breakfast and lunch here many times and will continue to eat here as it's close to time.

Ordered a you pick two. The bag checked off saying that everything was in the bag. Was missing half of my order. For the price of this food, it’s ridiculous to be missing things after the order was “double-checked.”

I was there on February 6th, Thursday, and February 7th, Friday of 2025. Thursday was 1:30pm I got some chocolate chip cookies that are in a bag for $7 and some change they were hard as a rock they were awful I would not get them for my worst enemy. On Friday I returned at 9:30 in the morning to get some breakfast, I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the register. My biggest complaint is I used the ladies' facility in the restroom and it is so filthy that I had to wash with soap and water and paper towel the toilet seat before I could even come near it. Both bathroom stall doors are filthy with fingerprints all over them that would easily wipe off. Here are some pictures for your viewing pleasure. Please do not respond with a generic response and your email of how I should contact management or call somewhere and that you're going to fix it. Just do better on your own, please.

We often eat at Panera and we love the food. But this location in particular, is the closest to our home and always missing items on the menu. They always have a longer wait for your order even though it's not with a lot of customers.

It had been a while since I visited a Panera Bread and this was my first visit to this location. The place needs attention to detail. They were out of regular coffee, 3 of 5 pots. Another drink was no served with the order, they were out of half and half and 2% milk. All in all a negative experience.

The location is very nice and the food is usually pretty good but pretty much every time I go there is something missing or wrong about my order. And I usually just order a salad. So be sure to check your bag before leaving. Employees are usually gracious about giving you what is missing but it's frustrating to have to go through everything before leaving because it's likely missing an ingredient.

I use this panera as a satellite office 1-2 days s a week. The employees are always happy to take care of your needs, and they look happy working there as well.
Food taste really good but it takes forever in the drive through even when there is no one there.
