Ordered for pick up on-line. When I got home the Ham & Gouda Melt was missing from my You Pick 2 order. Also, there was not one piece of chicken in the 1/2 Chicken Fuji Apple salad that was part of our second You Pick 2 order. When I called they told me I could come back in to pick up the missing sandwich. Disappointing.Update - Changed rating from 2 to 3 since they did honor the promise of giving me a sandwich when I came back a couple of days later.

The employees at this Panera are so kind. I dumped a large green tea all over their counter today. And they all they cared about was my clothes. I'm talking, I made a huge mess. And I was super embarrassed. They showed pure kindness.

I like this Panera bread. They are very fast and the place is very tidy and clean every time plus the most important the wait there is short, also I am really impressed by the motivation and great service of (Peter) he is a team manager and really was very helpful every time I was there to replace the empty coffee and helping me using the app ?

Stopped at Panera bread for a tuna sandwich you pick 2 for my sick wife. NOT ONLY DID THEY FORGET THE MARGARINE I ASKED FOR! THEY LITERALLY PUT ONE TEASPOON OF TUNA ON THE ENTIRE HALF OF THE SANDWICH. we are literally in shock. See the added picture. The server was nice but as I was in drive it though she didn’t really seem to know what she’s doing. Needless to say. Our experience and the food were not up to par. Especially considering they charge so much for a couple pieces of bread. Thank you for nothing.

The last few times I've stopped in it feels as if walk-in patrons are the lowest priority. Instead, their main focus seems to be on drive-through and online orders. Once someone finally assisted me, it wasn't a pleasant customer service experience.

Just got some bagels this morning. Very good and decently priced. Panera is a staple in our family. This location is newer and very clean. Food is what you'd expect from a franchise, fast food style deli.

Let's start with the pros:Nica and clean location. Lots of space inside, lots of light and you can sit and study very nicely. They also have a drive-thru, which is very convenient.Now the cons:Some of the staff are rude and grumpy. I am used to it differently by other locations. Also, the food orders are sometimes not complete or just wrong.And the amount of food or the presentation? Has gone downhill in this location for the last months.I am not sure what it is, but the management does not seem to care about it. Too bad, because at the moment you get better and more food at a McDonald's than at this location. I really hope they'll find their way back.

This location has frequently forgotten items in the drive through and waits are very long.
I had to wait over 10 minutes in order for anyone to even come to the speaker just now.
Now more waiting.
Was told there are 20 orders in the dining room ahead of me so…
Not a good system to have drive through patrons wait endlessly.
Two cars in front of me left without picking up their orders.
