Food is usually on point but can be wrong every now and then. It's larger than most paneras I've been to. I'd recommend the spicey chicken sandwich with garlic aioli ?

This is my go to place for refreshments on my way home during weekend shopping tripsPlace is always clean and the staff is very friendly.I also often go here to grab breakfast sandwich family packs and they are always made right and quite delicious. We have ordered breakfasts here a few times and the experience was fine. It has an inviting atmosphere and I see a lot of families dining at lunch and dinner.I also see a lot of kids studying at the restaurant and I think that is nice.Only thing that would make my experiences better is that I noticed that some of the equipment (soda fountain out of CO2, order kiosks, etc.) were out of order a few times that I happened to visit.

Got the You Pick 2 with Tomato Soup and the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich, both faves of mine. They came very quickly and were great!

Clean location, I just think the quality of food in America, especially fast food places, has gone downhill, and I'm not fond of the energized, amperage up caffeine teas and juices they have. Quality of food keeps declining each year, yet prices keep rising.

Before you get to any kind of food/drink consideration, you have to sort out the chaos. There are 2 ordering ipads with the lines almost blocking the door. The line at the register goes everywhere, with no actual room to go anywhere. Then you stand in a small hallway crammed with people moving back and forth, waiting to hear your name at least 10 minutes later. If you want food? There's a 20 minute wait and it's so noisy you can't hear. So you have to go check on it, unless you stand in the hallway area the entire time, waiting. If you like that kind of stress in your life, it's a great place to frequent.I'll also add that I did not see any sort of handi accessibility to get inside.Wheelchair accessibility: No obvious signs of any handi accessibility for entrance / exit

By the time you get your order at this location, you can drive to the Adam’s location, order and get your food before you’ll get it here.

Visited this location on 08/31/23 evening they had a person in the back with it looked like pajamas on and a bonnet working I don’t now exactly what she was doing but dressed that way was totally inappropriate she also was back there sneezing all over the condiments it was disguising. Another young lady had on sandals and dirty cloths it appeared she worked there but maybe was off that day but she was behind the counter and playing around with the other employees. It was just very unprofessional. I won’t be visiting that location again!! I have pics also

Panera has a service to text you when your order is ready, so you don't come to the store and wait for your order. Except this location will tell you your order is ready, even when it isn't, so that their service times look better. How does that help the customer? I received a text that my order was ready, got there 10 minutes later, and was told it would be another 10 minutes before my order was ready. No concern for the customer or their time, just worried about how their response times look to corporate.
