The staff is very rude especially the assistant manager. Bathrooms are always dirty and I heard a male employee talking to another employee and came inside the female washroom without any announcement.

How is panera continuing to get worse. I ordered a souffle that was mostly raw dough, cranberry bread without cranberries in the majority of the bread and a very dried out blueberry muffin

I went during lunch hour, and it took about 20 minutes to get my order of 2 chicken greek salads. Service was okay. The problem was when my wife and I sat down at her work to eat, there was no chicken. I called to let them know. They took my name and number and order number and told me they would refund the salads, but couldn't find my order even though the woman read it off. I was a little confused on that one. Then she said she would get help from someone later and they would take care of it, and that I should call them back later. I called after the dinner rush, and now they're telling me that I need to come in to get my refund. I'm sorry. I have a family. I don't have the time drop everything to drive a half an hour for a refund. Had they told me I needed to come in when I talked to them the first time, this wouldn't have been an issue. Or getting the order right to begin with would have been nice. 3 strikes from one visit. That's a shame

Great service, restrooms a little bit dirty but team memebers were cleaning the store. My family and I stayed past 9pm and the Team memebers were so polite and careful when asked us to leave.

My pick two while all tasted excellent the half sandwich had less than half of the chicken salad was covered with lettuce as you see the bread in the picture. I returned it and they added more but server said they only put one scoop (tablespoon) on each side.
