How can you consider yourself a pizza place and you don’t sell slices

Says they should be opened but the doors are locked. So this subway is pretty good.

Less than 2 weeks ago, I came in and ordered a small pizza w pepperoni, bacon, and hamburger. That pizza was sooo good!😋👌🏽

Locking doors at 8:30p so you can leave exactly when the store is supposed to close at 9p is bad business.

I ordered a pizza at 4:28 PM to avoid the dinner rush. The pizza arrived at 5:38 PM (I have the video on my doorbell cam). Marcel told me 35 minutes. He also didn't bother to give me a total or confirm my address. He also lied and said they didn't have any coupons until I brought one of their specials. After the pizza arrived late, I decided to check my bank to see how much I was charged. They charged me for an extra pizza because Marcel couldn't do his job and listen. When I called back and asked for a supervisor, Marcel said he could handle it. I asked what his position was, and he stated just an employee. So I once again asked for a supervisor. Gabriel, the owner, got on the phone and tried to tell me Marcel did his job even though he couldn't tell me a correct approximate time, didn't bother to confirm my address or give me a total. Then Gabriel proceeded to say the pizza was there in under an hour and insisted I was wrong until I told him I had a doorbell cam.

Ordered online. Was told 20 minutes. I showed up after 30 and had to wait another 5-10. Place was dead. Got home to find they left off the flavored crust and the feta cheese on the cheesesticks. Additionally for the price I would expect a fair amount of toppings and some sauce. Pizza and breadsticks were decent but for the price and the kind of pizza I have received from other Papa Romanos locations this was definitely not their best. Will not be returning.

Recently came from out of town and visited Papa Ramanos Pizzeria during my trip, enjoyed a delicious Margherita pizza in a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. Impressed by the quality and hospitality, I think Windsor would benefit from having a Papa Ramanos Pizzeria. Highly recommend it and hope they consider opening a location in Windsor.

They were open on Xmas Eve when everyone else was not. The employees were very nice and pleasant to talk to as I waited. Will definitely be going back. The pizza was good too.
