I have never ordered at pot belly before but my confusion on the ordering process seemed to irritate the workers. Just remember not everyone who comes into the store has been there before. They spoke to me as if I worked there and should have understood when and who to ask for sandwich toppings. Sorry I didn't know the first guy was the person to request the cheese, and the 2nd guy does the rest, I don't work there lol

I want to take some time to give love to the Gentleman that works here named Shane. I'm not sure if he is the manager but every time I happen to come in after a workout he is working the register, and his customer service is top tier. In a time where some people tend to operate from a place of entitlement as if certain jobs are below them, I appreciate Shane's positive attitude and always making me feel valued as a customer. I don't just leave with food; I leave with an experience and for that I have no problem spending my dollars at Potbelly because of Shane.

Went in just to get a bowel of chicken pot pie soup. Took it home and opened it up to find No delicious pie crust crumbles on top. That’s almost the best part. Very disappointed.

Ordered a wreck via doordash. I can't conceive how someone can make a sandwhich so wrong. Ask for a simple Wreck, everything on it except peppers. Plus light aioli. Got bread meat and aioli only, gross. All toppings missing including cheese. Clearly people don't know how to read orders.

I had a simple tuna sandwich on wheat bread, skinny. I was in the mood for this and I was tired of waiting to be seated just next door at Panera. The Rochester location was empty and I don’t understand that. The sandwich was excellent and far better then the vanilla brand of fair served at Panera.The bread had a crunchy submarine length and was a rustic wheat that was baked in the shop. It rocked.I will be back. I like it when on a simple sandwich a place gets the details correct. I ordered mine with onions, lettuce and tomato.Thank you to you folks for a fine sandwich.
