They are using the COVID excuse in lieu of effectively managing the staff they have. When I entered the store the first time an employee was laying down on the chairs. I had to go back because I forgot an item and the employee was leaning against the prep table playing on their phone. To top it off they made the food and forgot to add the protein. Yet the store looked like this. It's a shame.

Update your online info! Online said it offered dine in as well as take out. Made the trip up there only to be greeted with a sign stating online orders only. I understand the staffing issues everyone is dealing with but you've gotta put accurate info out there.

Always closed… tried ordering online and the website didn’t even work. I called to see if they would take an order over phone and the woman was rude. Told me they don’t take orders over phone and try again. Then ended call with a quick bye. The jimmy Johns is open next door so went to that instead. Go get urself some jimmys.

I first walked in….and it just looked dirty. Once i took 5 steps my shoes were sticking to the floor. The food was very bland. The rice was mushy. The pop machine looked so nasty. Our sprite tasted disgusting. Like the machine has not been cleaned. I HIGHLY recommend not going here.

First I walked in and the store smelled like burning plastic or nail polish. It was horrible. It took me by surprise! I picked up my food and after have felt with previously rude staff in there from another time, I already felt uneasy. However I felt more so after taking a couple bites out of what looked like scraps for food. The chips tasted horrible. Maybe that is where the smell was coming from? The tomatoes were horrible and the quac was brown and horrible. I threw it away and was tempted to drive to Chipotle because I really just wanted a bowl off good food.

Did the whole online order through their app, when I went to hit submit it said that they closed. The hours on the sign clearly state that they close at 9:00 p.m. staff was rude kind of think it's really silly how they have this system set up. Their app is also very cumbersome and very hard to order, not easy like going in the store and actually telling them what I want.

Good food for what it is. More options for sauces and toppings compared to the other burrito place. The order was made on time and perfectly. They have won my business. Definitely worth giving a try if you've never had them before.

I was there to get food one of the evenings at 6.15pm & it was closed from inside. The official updated hours online & in from of store suggested open till 8.00 pm. But the employees were inside & they had closed the store without any explanation.

They’re always closed, the sign on the outside says call the number when you arrive to have your order brought out to you, but they must leave the phone off the line because it’s constantly busy. I have waited multiple times because of this and I’m honestly not sure why I keep coming back? Maybe because I would have hoped things would have been right by now. Also when someone finally came outside to ask if orders have been placed, another customer brought up the fact the phone is “busy” and an excuse was given that the phone wasn’t charged last night..... maybe that’s the truth but you’ve been open for a few hours now so I’m sure it would be charged by now so take responsibility. If you’re not gonna answer the phone let’s make a trip to the door about every 5 minutes to check on orders not 15-20 minutes.
This location is online order only when they are short staffed. The employees here are friendly & efficient. The Qdoba app is actually one of the easier restaurant apps I've used.

Ordered a hot and sweet chicken bowl with extra queso. My husband picked it up and brought it home, only to find out they failed to put in any chicken or queso. Also missing other toppings (cheese and sour cream). I’m incredibly disappointed as Qdoba is my favorite restaurant. Will never order from the Rochester location again.

Wait time too long. Few days back I had to wait about 45 min after scheduled pickup time for online order.At least that was inside the restaurant. This week, they made people wait outside the door in cold to pickup online order.Looks like a mismanaged location. Have a backup plan if you are considering placing order here.
