These owners deserve all the accolades. Food is always so so so good and fresh. I always see the same two wonderful people working and they’re so friendly and accommodating. Placed an online order and paid. Come in to ask for my order as it’s not at the online order pick up and it wasn’t there so I asked the man for my order and gave him my name. He said he doesn’t have it. So I told him the order and he said it’s not there. Acted like I was stupid and said did you order from Quiznos.. then I said yes gave him my name and phone number and he ignored me to be on his personal cell phone and help other customers. Then I’m standing there waiting on my work lunch and I asked like are you gonna help me or figure out where my order is ? And he literally started laughing like “oh haha I don’t have it” and I said I don’t think it’s funny at all. Then I showed him the receipt. Then he goes “ohhhhh I know” and's pulls my sub out of the warmer. The owner should not have people like this running their store. I canceled my order due to the horrible customer service and will not be back

I have visited other locations but the Rochester location is subpar. Ordered an 8" black Angus which according to their posted menu is $9.75 but they charged me $10.10 before tax (see receipt). Then they were very stingy on adding toppings i.e. little lettuce; two tomato slices:... I did carryout. When I went to eat it there was at least half the amount of meat which I normally receive from other locations i.e. Wixom,... tasted fine but not fulfilled due to their stinginess. I would not recommend this location on Crooks Rd.Vegetarian options: Stingy on toppings but it seems they are stingy on all other items as well.
