To start with we had reservations for 9 people for 6:30pm, we didn't get our table until 7:00pm, after being seated we were informed that we would have to separate waiters and they split the table in half, we advised that the whole table would be on one bill but it didn't matter, we ordered drinks from both waiters and they came out at separate times, we ordered appetizers then ordered food, the food came out for each side of the table 20 minutes apart so we couldn't even eat as a family, after receiving our food most of it was wrong, one of our group got crab legs without tools until they were half gone, this has definitely been the worse experience at a restaurant I may have ever had, the manager did provide a gift card for some of the bill but we will probably never be back.

We grew up as kids coming in for family dinners, we started coming in as teens with Friends for fun nights, we kept it going as couples and then parents with our children.Yesterday we are appauled by the rude discriminatory behaviour displayed by Ethan and the blonde haired server . Ethan messed up the order and instead of the salmon bowl got a chicken bowl for me.Instead of fixing the order, he comes out and says if I would be ok taking the order off chicken in lieu of the salmon, clearly the answer was no from me. He insisted , and said if I was sure I could take it- seriously ! I ordered salmon I want salmon was my stance, he proceeded by saying well that’s gonna take another 20 to 30 minutes. Everybody else will be served and you would have to wait..The attitude, the lack of concern , and no remorse, for his mistake was extremely disrespectful.Everybody on the table was served except me. Nobody came to check on the table or to tell me how long the food would be taking as I continue to wait patiently no one checked in on the table to ask if the food was OK for the other members that were served, no water refills , after being asked several times. Finally taking bits and pieces off others plates for filling my hunger and losing my appetite for a meal. I stopped Ethan and asked how much more longer will the meal be taking and if we could get water, without making eye Contact and shrugging his shoulders, he says I’ve been busy and walks off without even stopping by the table to listen to what we have to say . Finally, the food was bought out by another blonde haired server who slammed the plate on the table,When I said I would like to speak to a manager because it’s had been 45 minutes to my entrée and everybody else from the family had eaten and was ready to leave , she had an abrupt attitude, aggressive voice and hostility around her and said, do you want to eat or not? I said, what do you think and she slammed the plate on the table and left. It had been 45 minutes with no attention on the table , both Ethan and this blonde haired server exhibited discriminatory behaviour, which was more than obvious from their body, language, voice, tone, and actions. Ethan, being the server table, never approached us throughout our stay, and when the manager was called in to hear our concerns, we were told that they are shortstaffed, and therefore the mixup in the food. Being shortstaffed, I understand it’s a business problem exhibiting discriminatory behaviour and hostile attitude towards customers that were paying for their meal and have been loyal customers for red lobster for the past 22 years is not acceptable. That is not a part of the business that is not a part of red lobsters, customer service while I will be taking up this experience on Google, I’m hoping to hear back from the corporate office and making sure that this behaviour is not repeated to any other customer who is walking into red lobster doors .

I am super dissatisfied.. I ordered the Buy One Take One and the take One was given 2 me ICE COLD…DO NOT STATE THUS ON THE MENU… The manager stated this is how it comes…WtF want cold food,. this is a terrible ideal…Please do not order… TAKE THIS OFF MENU… If I want cold food I would hv made something at hm??‍♀️ at least let the customer know ahead of time… THE MENU DO NOT SAY THIS…..

Got a waitress that seemed like she had been having a bad day. She forgot my coleslaw and I ended up getting it in a to go cup instead. NBD. I work retail and I get it. As for the food, the fried lobster was extremely salty as well as the fries.

Went with some friends and had some good food, just one issue - our server was very unprofessional, left us uninformed about some menu changes then when we brought it up she jumped to telling us with a slight attitude we ordered the wrong thing and then said she'd bring management over. Thankfully, the manager was very professional about it and offered to have it corrected. She brought some boxes and to go cups, then after about 10 minutes of waiting for her to return so we could pay the manager had to come and take our payment for us, once again apologizing for the incorrect order.Thank you on that note to the manager, well earned position!

The food and the service were both great. However, the tarter sauce and coleslaw were both very bland. Slaw could use apple cider vinegar and the tarter sauce needs cream of tarter.

My wife and I tried to grab a quick bite before going to the movies we arrived at 7:25pm, we were seated and waited till 7:47pm not even being acknowledged by anyone for drink's, we ended up leaving. The food is usually really good but the service was terrible tonight and there was only a handful of tables. There was a group of employees sitting in the bar just talking. (12/5/23)
