Ive been to this restaurant a few times now and wish I had come sooner. It's a small family owned diner but the food is amazing!!! The service has been excellent each time. Whether you're looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I HIGHLY recommend Rochester Diner and Grill.

Can't believe I haven't given a shout-out to our standby, favorite local diner. We were updating our living expenses recently and realized my husband and I can spend upwards of $200-$300 per month here. It's that good! Breakfast and soup & salad lunches or dinners are hands down our favorite meals ...... though their menu is filled with tasty, home cooked selections. We have tried many of their entrees and enjoyed them all. However, we have a routine of walking to Rochester Grill for breakfast or lunch with a craving for our standby-favorites. The Grill is owned and operated by Danny and Alma, some of the nicest people you will meet. Their three teen-young adult daughters plus Emily are their trusty serving staff. Anna and Maria check in on guests and keep the flow moving efficiently. It is truly like "coming home" to stop here. The fact that the majority of their clientele are locals and frequent flyers as well says volumes about the Grill. Portions are large, always prepared from scratch and served to your liking. I am one to make substitutions to my heart's delight and always feel cm for table doing so. The breakfast skillet is my favorite. I can eat half at one sitting, then take it home and have another delicious meal the next morning. I enjoy the Greek skillet with added fresh spinach and sub cheddar cheese. The coffee is tasty and my cup rarely gets to the point of empty before it is topped off. I also enjoy their pancake, waffles and crepes. Tator tots with a sandwich are to die for. Soups are prepared daily. Chicken lemon rice is our favorite, but please do try their navy bean and lentil soups. And the salads.... Oh my. Best Greek salads around. The house made ranch is good on everything; we frequently grab a bottle for home. The crispy chicken salad is a treat that I really enjoy. Bacon bits put it over the top. Prices have gone up, yet reflect the cost of buying fresh, quality ingredients. Portions are generous. If you charge by CC, the service fee will be added to your tab for the convenience of using the card. It's easy to overlook these little gems, the ones that feel like an extension of home. Yet they are so appreciated.

This place has really gone downhill. On a recent visit the owners were sitting at a back table with their daughters. (who are the servers) We waited 10 minutes for them to come over to our table, they were on their phones. The two of us ordered Club sandwiches. There was literally a half piece of bacon on each piece! We complained and she smiled and asked if we needed anything else!! Done. Never again.

I really enjoyed the almond boneless chicken, rivals that served at Chinese restaurants. Was missing the egg roll lol. Lemon rice soup was good, not the best but solid. I will definitely be back to try more of their delicious food!!

First time here and I came with some coworkers after work for a quick bite. We walked in and there wasn't a sign to seat ourselves but someone from the kitchen nodded and gestured for us to sit anywhere. It felt clean and staff was friendly. FYI burgers/sandwiches don't come with fries. You can get a side for $3.29 OR you can pay $3.99 for fries AND either a cup of soup or coleslaw. Water cups are smallish but in a good way. I don't need a 30oz water all the time! Our server came to fill them before they were empty, which was great. There was a lot on their menu! I ordered a classic Reuben and enjoyed it, and I would get it again but I also look forward to going back and trying something new!

I’m sorry to say it, but if you’re not above the age of 50, please don’t go here. The food that I had was absolutely terrible. $50 on two people, I left still hungry and just downright disappointed.
