Shake Shack Rochester Hills

I only ordered cheese fries and they were not hot. The cheese wasn't hot either. For the price they should definitely be perfect.

Shakes the only thing worth paying for. Dry, tastless, cold. But customer service was kind after my survey so 3 stars for that.

Great restaurant for kids.

We came to the Shake Shack location in The Village on the last day of school. Big mistake. We waited 40 minutes for our food. They were clearly unprepared for the lunchtime rush - disorganized and did not have an effective system in place to coordinate getting the orders out in a timely matter.

Amazing manager! Amazing food! I can’t say enough about their willingness to be helpful and thoughtful.

Very good burgers and fries. Definitely a big step over "fast food" even though service was very fast. Nice dining area too.

John the Manager was absolutely wonderful. My burger barely had anything on it & no tomato. When I brought my poor experience to the Manager ( John) he made sure that when we left, we had smiles on our face....AND WE DID. Because of John we may give this place one more shot.

No condiments I went with my family and 1st there was NO ranch NO hot sauce I MEAN WHAT KIND OF RESTAURANT DOSENT HAVE ANY CONDIMENTS ALSO The Water was weirdly warm the chicken was very SALTY AND mind YOU I WENT TWICE AND IT WAS STILL THE SAME I WILL NOT BE COMING

We just had milkshakes and they were fine, but oh my gosh the women’s bathroom was so gross. I don’t think it’s been wiped down in a very long time. I took a picture of the condition around the soap dispenser. Yikes. Someone’s gotta clean this up!

I was excited to find a Shake Shack where I happened to be. I was very excited to get one of their nondairy shakes. Unfortunately, I was told it was discontinued. I could have gone to many places where I was at, but specifically went to Shake Shack for the nondairy Shake. Bummer! Please bring it back.

Shake Shack always hits the spot! I placed an online order and the food was ready right on time and very fresh! Friendly service and tasty food!
