We got 2 sandwiches to go, and they gave us this bag. Look at inside. One of the two items was left completely unwrapped. Is this the standard packaging for takeout? Considering the price, I was shocked by how cheap the customer service felt. Are they trying to cut costs?

The whole pace is dirty and even though all of the employees are very sweet, the food sucks! They filled up my overpriced milkshake about halfway and said all the empty space was for the whipped cream that I didn't pay extra for. They also burnt my grilled cheese to a crisp. When I tell you it was black- I mean it was 100% charred!

Obviously you pay a bit of a premium but the quality of food is outstanding! Service was phenomenal and the restaurant was spotless! Only knock I'd give is that you have go to the counter for a refill but an employee is right there to help!

Best burgers around. Every time I eat there I get a burger and never have I been disappointed. They are so juicy and tasty it’s almost addictive. Onion rings are very good as well. Just my 2 cents worth. ✌️👍

I have had their hamburgers. All are so yummy. Plus their shakes. Again yummy. These are my dessert item if I go to another place. If you have never been .... GO. My first try was at an airport. Loved them ever since.
