The customer service is extremely poor. Our soup had hair in it and when we kindly asked for new soup we were told that we were lying and that the waitress was going to call the police on us?? Never experienced this before, I don’t know if she was just having a bad day but it’s not okay to speak to paying customers like that.
I am absolutely outraged with the behavior of the owner today at SOHO. My family and I went to this restaurant after Saturday little league games. We had 5 adults, 5 children and 2 babies. We have been to this restaurant countless times as a family. Today, after sitting and looking an menus, ordering drinks, we were met by the manager that came to our table and said “I’m sorry our limit is 8 people”. We are totally outraged, shocked, and offended by the behavior and treatment we just experienced at SOHO Rochester. Me and my family were just put out of Soho after 20 minutes of sitting, being served our drinks, and just before our waiter came to take our order.
