Gross service and their bathrooms smell like a sewage swamp… Refused to allow us to sit at a table for 6 because we only had 4 people with us even though it’s always dead in there!! Their tables are so small and uncomfortable as is and with kids, we always need more space but the older Asian lady absolutely did not allow us and had such a bad attitude. She kept insisting we go to the table for 4 so we walked out and went elsewhere. Not shocked how dead they are due to their rude attitude.They could careless about customers! They should not even be in customer service especially the older women who was extremely rude.

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The food was disgusting, and not even close to what we expected. To top it off, the bathrooms were horrendous. The smell of sewage backup was overwhelming, making it impossible to even use them. I will definitely not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I came here with my brother and sister and uncle to take my mother out on her birthday on Valentine’s Day. The service was incredibly horrible. I ordered one of their most famous beef ribs. It was all fat and bone, barely any meat, and the food kept coming out in increments, almost took an hour for all five of us while they were serving other people that came in way after us before us The waiter did apologize when we brought this to his attention and he did remove the one dish from our bill that is true, but we did not appreciate the lack of acknowledgment and the basic customer service that you could’ve simply remedied by a few kind words from the owners of the place Unfortunately, we cannot come back here again. At least 10 people that came after us ordered and got their food before us with zero acknowledgement from the waiter . It seems there isn’t people working there , they should change their bussiness model because they came recommended and we will not go there again.

Terrible customer experience, a whole lotta racial profiling. I asked if I can respectfully use the restroom, before placing my order. They immediately looked the other direction.

I went here on December 23rd, and got chicken fried rice. To my dismay, I got food poisoning and have been out of commission even up until today (Christmas) from this food.
I am very concerned how old rice has to be to give someone food poisoning, but this should be a huge cause for concern.

So very sad to be writing this review as I have been coming here for many years and have enjoyed myself. My significant other and I arrived yesterday evening and were sat in a timely fashion. After we were sat, a table with a Korean family ordered and got their food immediately, while we were still not acknowledged. About 10 minutes later 2 korean women were sat and then shortly after their order was taken, we were still not acknowledged. We waited 28 minutes before we got up and walked out. I'm not sure if this business and their employees are racist or what but to leave a table of guests sitting there for 28 minutes while you service everyone around them is horrible business practice and I will not be returning ever again. 😉
Asked for napkins two times, as there were three of us and only two napkins on the table. Server never came back to see how our food was. We waited twenty minutes after eating to get boxes. Had to flag server down to get the bill and had to find her to get a pen. They never cleared our dirty dishes and we sat waiting for the bill for at least 10 minutes. I was a regular but will never return here due to poor service the last two times we were here.

This is my favorite sushi place in the area, I ordered online with some service and wanted my order ready at a certain time,... I received a text an hour and a half before I could pick up my order.... they offered to remake it and have it ready at the time I requested, but I just get really anxious about reorders at restaurants,... now I feel like I can't order from my favorite place anymore,... so disheartening, be careful when ordering through third parties, communication gets lost, but if they didn't understand the request they could have called me also! Now where do I go,... I asked for a whole refund, which they said they would, I would rather have my food though!

Old. They included 20%.gratuity since we were 5 or more.
Denied us a booth since the people sitting on the adjacent booth could be bothered by our kids
We went at around 8:30pm, My toddler had to pee. They made the rest 2 adults toddlers wait outside in the cold 55F.
The lady was very rude insensitive and arrogant
Sushi rolls were ok, soy sauce-was too salty
Jakisoba noodles were awesome

My sister and her friend found a hair in their ramen, so I kindly informed them and asked them to remake it. Kim, who was the server accused us of lying and threatened to call the police. I told them her behavior was extremely unprofessional and she told us she was going to record us. Despite this, we payed and left our bowls completely full. We asked for her name and she followed us outside to our car. TERRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER COME HERE!!! I have been a loyal customer for as long as I can remember. But I WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN!
