The attendant was ABSOLUTELY RUDE! She was high on something because when I asked for gas all she said was no! No, no no. There were no signs indicating no gas anywhere. Get better employees, will never come back here again.

I drive a lot Ubering. It was about 1:30am and I needed something to eat coming back from a ride. So I stop at this speedway to get a couple hot dogs. I pull in and the place is empty. There's no cars at all and I almost though they were closed. I walk in and this grey haired makes a childish, in appropriate, and unprofessional comment about my parking. Really? I not only have a handicapped license plate, but I have business degree and I worked years in customer service putting myself through college with no financial aid. I know quite well what's completely inappropriate and that line was crossed already. But I'm bigger than to get bent out of shape over that so I continue to the dogs. I find them and there's two left. Perfect! Or so I thought. I pull out the tray for the buns and, there's no buns at all. So I ask this 'lady' if she has more buns in back. She mumbled something under her breath. So, I ask again but this time she again childishly yelled at me, "NO! I'm not getting you anything. Do you understand me now?" Wow! I've had met some rude customers in my day but this unprofessional employee representing Speedway takes the cake. She should be fired immediately. There's no excuse for such immature behavior from someone that's supposed to be acting like an adult. I walked out and I doubt I'll ever return to this place.

Speedway and 7-11 need to decide whether they will continue to operate as Speedway or if they want them to be 7-11. Mixing the two does not work. It is not just that they cannot decide between Big Gulp and Speedy Freeze and Slurpie. The indecision goes deeper. Drink sizes are different so the pricing signs, which were clear as Speedway, are no longer clear. Look at the cup, not the sign and especially not the ring around the cup chute. The rink says medium and the cup has the word large integrated in small lettering in the design. You will have to pay for a large. Also be careful with the roller grill. No longer does the pricing apply to all items.

I've been going to the auburn and Ryan location for 10* years and I will never go back to speedway because of the GM At this location. He wouldn't give me his name and he wasn't wearing a badge. He yelled at his employees even bough they were busy to go and clean things. I immediately said something to him and he also yelled at me a customer. He was a bigger white male. I will never go to speedway again!

Twenty years and OUT.This speedway is close to our home. The Price per gallon is always competitive!They are always very busy. (All along nearby Starr Batt and Avon industrial Drive are businesses with large fleets filling up, especially the landscaping trucks throughout grass mowing season - morning, lunchtime and end of day. No problem. BUT it's VERY busy. so it is completely BEWILDERING to me that this owner continues to neglect the customer experience by not Keeping the pumps in prime operating condition!They are too often out of service, and at this point, 90% of the time, the receipt will not print so I have to go inside (even during the peak of Covid) and stand in line to get my receipt! WHY?I've spoken to the cashiers, but they say the owner is aware and that it's not about just refilling the paper rolls - The machines are broken. Obviously he just doesn't care that he is holding up the process and inconveniencing his customers.This has been going on easily for the past year or two, and it's gotten worse. Today's machine would not read my card. So, after years of tolerating the inconvenience (below freezing today...) I gave up and drove down the street to the BP. Fine, so what if it cost $.50 more to fill up my tank, I don't have to wait and I don't have to go inside to get my receipt. these small conveniences make a difference in the flow of your day, stopping to fill up your tank... i've been patient. And I'm done being patient. I'm going somewhere else and I hope other people who have had the same frustrations will too and the owner will get the message.

If I could give a zero star I would. Every time I go here around 6pm and there's always a long wait when I go there due too a nasty and horrible landscaping company called Green Meadows Landscaping and the owner of the company is always yelling at me and my friends and she also does nothing but bully people and talk down to them and is super nasty when it comes to trying to get into a pump while I wait on the street for at least 15 minutes just to get into the parking lot and another 10 minutes to get inside the gas station. I wouldn't recommend this place at all and I'd avoid this place if you can.
