They don’t know how to make drinks. Made my matcha salty.. also put the lavender cream on the bottom of the drink instead of top 🤣🤣

Ordered at the Drive thru a Lavender Oatmilk Latte. The Lavender powder was stuck at the bottom not even mixed in. Ordered on the go so I didn't have a chance to swing back in to have it remade. Super disappointed, it didn't taste like Lavender at all. Tried to scrape it but didn't help

I only order from here because I work in the Plaza.. it always takes at least double the time the app says my order will be ready!! The flavor of my beverage is always different and I order the same thing every time.. at least once I waited over 20 minutes for my one drink!!

I only went with a friend who needed the restroom. I have never liked any Starbucks after trying it the first time before it became trendy so I guess you'll have to see for yourself.

The young lady making the drinks did not say any once my drink was ready so. I waited an extra 5 mins because I had no clue my drink was ready. I didn’t have much time to waste do to being on my lunch brake. Also the drink is terrible.

Ordered a $7 coffee, received a Venti cup filled with Chocolate milk...how does that happen? Do you really get alot of Venti chocolate milk orders!? To make it worse, it's like someone dumped an entire bottle of hersheys syrup in the cup. A kid wouldn't even drink this!

“This was the worst mocha frappe I’ve ever had. There was no mocha flavor at all—it just tasted like milk, ice, and frappe chips. I ordered two, and both were incredibly bland. I’ve been ordering this drink for years, and this experience was extremely disappointing. I will not be ordering from this store again. Total waste of money.”

Not only were the things I ordered (plain bagel with cream cheese + caramel ribbon crunch grande) good, but the person taking my order gave me a free cake pop of my choice!

My family and I were traveling from Michigan to Columbus, OH & decided to stop at this particular Starbucks. We ordered two caramel macchiatos. Received the order and proceeded to get on the freeway. We tried our coffees and one of them was lukewarm-cold, (not the ice version) like it was sitting at the window for some time. As you can imagine I was very disappointed. If I would have had the time I would have turned around to inquire how serving a lukewarm-cold coffee is even possible. Very disappointed…

I stopped here on my way up north to grab a coffee since it was late and I had a long drive, and my order wasn't up to the standard Starbucks holds. I ordered a vanilla cappuccino, it was most definitely not a cappuccino, way too much milk and they used sugar free syrup and not regular. If they were out of reg syrup, that's fine but tell me first. I also got a hot chocolate, and it was room temperature if not colder. Staff was very nice but I just wanted what I ordered.

I hadn't been in a Starbucks in awhile. It was nice to sit down for a Mocha and Blueberry Muffin. I was also able to buy a gift card for a niece's birthday. I will surely visit again.

I ordered a dirty chai from here, and it didn’t have any chai syrup in it. When I told the barista, they got defensive immediately and said, “Yes we did!” Then they realized they didn’t have their pump full.

It’s okay to make mistakes, but to essentially claim I was lying as a first response didn’t feel good. My drink was remade, but it wasn’t good at all, which sucks when you spend $7 on a small drink.

The staff here seem stressed out. I hope this corporate chain considers taking care of their workers mental health and supporting them in having difficult conversations with customers.

When I worked at Starbucks almost 20 years ago before it was a giant corporate conglomerate they ensured we were trained well in making drinks AND customer service.

Placed a mobile order, and when I got to the cafe, they had a sheet of white paper with "closed for maintenance" written in permanent marker on the door. The short male worker was rude and wouldn't even speak to me when he saw me standing there. I then called, and all they said was that I'd have to call the 1-800-starbucks (fake) number for customer service and to have my order refunded.

I ordered a Venti strawberry açaí refresher. Thanks for the $6 water. It had no berries and maybe a drop of the syrup they use it was nothing but water and ice.
