Always so nice and friendly. When what I thought I ordered was not what I really ordered they fixed it without hesitation
I was just currently in this Starbucks, the manager, I’m assuming, was extremely rude to a customer who came in stating they had placed a mobile order at this Starbucks. The manager rudely told her she had turned the mobile orders off and told her to check the correct location she ordered from. Once the customer had left, the manager looked to have found the ticket and ordered someone else to make it.
