Service was horrible. Took 10+ minutes for my drink to come out and when it finally did, the barista handed it to me with a wad of napkins because it was sticky all over the side of the cup. Also, my drink was watered down and flavorless.

The drinks are incredible — I’m especially obsessed with the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and the Caramel Macchiato. Their seasonal drinks (like the Pumpkin Spice Latte or the new Oleato line) always give me something to look forward to. I also appreciate the wide selection of milk options for dairy-free needs.
Their food, while not gourmet, is tasty and convenient. The Egg Bites are my go-to for breakfast, and the bakery items like the banana bread or croissants hit the spot when I need a snack.
The vibe inside is warm, clean, and welcoming. Free Wi-Fi, plenty of charging outlets, and comfy seating make it a perfect spot for working or catching up with friends. The music is always relaxing and never too loud.
I also love how easy the mobile app is — ordering ahead, earning rewards, and getting birthday freebies is such a nice perk. Plus, the staff at my local store are super friendly and always get my order right, even with all my customizations.

Drinks are often inconsistent and today I made the mistake of asking, at the drive thru, if the employee would speak up since I could not hear her, then had to ask again since we still could not hear her (happens often). Normally my cup has a smiley face. Today I received a face with tongue sticking out. Seriously!!! Childish and I won’t be returning.

Seriously, everyone here seems to be in a good mood, even at 7:30 AM, and their energy is contagious. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, they treat you like a friend. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days and makes such a difference, especially when you haven’t had your coffee yet!
Speaking of coffee—it’s always top quality. I’ve never had a bad drink here. Whether it’s my go-to Pike Place or a fancier seasonal latte, the flavor is consistent and spot-on. They also don’t skimp on customizations and always get the details right. You can tell they take pride in what they’re serving.
Another perk? The drive-thru isn’t crazy busy in the mornings, which feels like a minor miracle around here. It moves fast, the staff is super efficient, and I can count on being in and out quickly—perfect for my morning commute. I don’t even stress about being late to work anymore. It’s like my secret weapon for starting the day on the right foot.

Super friendly service, literally made the drink in about a minute and a half, & it's in a great plaza, lots of smiling faces. Hope to go again soon. A+

I’ve been going to this Starbucks since I was 13. I’m 26 now and the quality of drinks has declined so much. The coffee has a weird taste. I’ve tried coffee drinks, matcha and refreshers and they all suck!! Ive started going to McDonald’s for coffee and it’s better…..
